The experience at grt was very good. The staff were kind , exceptional in their approach and helpful at all times. They really enhanced our experience , all depth had the right attitude . The food at GRT was good however the food was cold most times when it came to the buffet. Both breakfast and dinner were stone cold on 1st day but it was good to see the action taken when the issue was highlighted . Also there were stained bedsheets in one room but was immediately addressed. However, wish that the room decor, feel and amenities were better , and it would have been real value for money then . But overall, it was a good experience due to wonderful team at the unit , special mention to rajendiran and the front office + hk team, also to raja in fb . Thanks again team GRT .

Service and hospitality was excellent , I really liked the food ... there were wide variety of flavours... place was very neat and arrangements were too good ... we did a birthday celebration and family get to together which went really awesome because of the service ... recently stayed at this hotel with friends, and it was a fantastic experience! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Great place to stay with family, and pleasant with clean rooms, what makes me go choose this place everytime to stay here is the staff for me. Staff here are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
