We went to see the Doc at CMC Vellore. Hotel staff was so humble and service oriented. Food served to us was delicious. Only thing is that the property is little old. Good location. At a walking distance from CMC.
The hotel is conveniently located.Very pleasant environment and quote clean! Great staff service and excellent food! The manager is quite friendly and helpful. He catered to all our needs. Its an excellent choice for long stay. 👍
This hotel is old hotel with smelling rooms.breakfast was a buffet which is OK.we stayed only for one night,it was not comfortable stay and we directly went and booked the room.hotel people quoted room price to be very high.
Hotel is an old construction, so how you see it from outside,it is not the same when you see the rooms.rooms are very average in ambience and they smell bad.for one night stay when people have no option they can stay here
The hotel is situated away from the main city. It is an old one. The charm of old world luxury is evident. It is in a way obsolete in today's intricately designed hotels. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The rooms are big. Cleanliness is a bit lacking. AC did not work in our friend's room.We did not get complimentary breakfast because we booked online. The restaurant offered standard south Indian dishes. On the whole, it was a good stay.
Had checked in at the hotel at 6am in the morning when the front desk staff told me that rooms are available. After I had paid the taxi and came in, I was surprised to find that all the rooms are booked except for the costliest rooms available. Because of the urgency, there was no way to go and search for any other hotels also. Had to pay 3500 ++ for a mediocre room without any maintenance. The morning breakfast was good, but then the AC was not on and hence had to sweat it out. Would not advice stay, but for emergency.
A/C Premium room The room is very spacious and was clean. The bathroom was a bit old but also clean and hygenic. Breakfast buffet is complimentary along with one water bottle. The location is very near to the end of flyover on the new by pass road, no need to take auto can easily walk down to the hotel. The wifi was not working though and food is reasonably priced. Room Service is fast though there is no big lobby space. The hotel has a policy against unmarried couples.
Overall a bad experience... Old room with plasters peeled off from walls, bathroom fittings very old and disclosured with rustnings, quality of food especially for breakfast very poor. Not worth for the money I spent. Would not recommend at all.
I stayed one night and very ordinary hotel. Not so well maintained. No idea why it is named river views as I did not find any river. Old building and needs renovation. Did not go to restaurant. Did not enjoy my stay
