We hosted around 60 of our guest came for reception, so we booked 20 deluxe rooms 2+1 occupancy, and requested 2times dinner and a complementary breakfast. Rooms were clean and the service was good. Also FnB was beyond expectation and the quality and taste of food was very nice. Highly satisfied with the overall service.

The food was very good, and Mr, raghukumar served it in a best way, he makes us comfortable as we are pure vegetarian. The rooms and amenities are up to the mark with all the needs. Cleanliness is very good and staff behaviour is too co-operative.

This conveniently located property in Vellore has ample parking space, a good restaurant and a bar .
The rooms are comfortable , housekeeping standards are good, AC works efficiently . The complimentary breakfast is good in terms of quality and quantity . We also had other meals in the restaurant- nothing exceptional but well above average in taste and hygiene.
The staff are attentive and efficient - in particular restaurant staff does a very good job of attending to the requirements of the customer.

We had our 25th Annual Reunion at the Zip B Spree hotel Surabi International Banquet Hall! It was a full crowd that was amazed all day long with the design, the service, the food, and special attention to detail that was given. Banquet Hall management and staff are nothing short of amazing! Their service is above and beyond what is expected. I know many people didn’t waste any time inquiring about future bookings at one of the three halls. Even though our party was as organized as can be, it would not have been the same if we had chosen any other location. Surabi Banquet Hall helped make this 25th Annual reunion the best event so far! We will definitely be referring all of our friends and family and be returning for all of our future events!

Nice hotel with good service. However the hotel needs to Implement the "No Smoking " policy more strictly as the room was filled with cigarette smell and many cigarette leftovers were lying outside the window. The Bar was good with genuine rates. I would certainly recommend this hotel for the family and friends.

Mr. Babu - at the restaurant is very kind and always inquires about the family.
The waiters are really good too.
