Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The location is great, within walking distance of Vellore fort. The rooms are well decorated and furnished with large comfortable beds. Everywhere is very clean. We found the A/C to be too cold throughout the hotel and the temperature in the rooms was hard to adjust. The restaurants all continue the hotels naming theme of misspelled luxury cars. The Porshae restaurant offers a evening buffet as well as a la carte. Breakfast is also served there as a buffet with dosas cooked to order. . The food was tasty but not very spicy which may suit some pallets. The Lexxus bar lacked atmosphere, but was ok for a drink. The reception was rather gloomy. Checking in took longer than it should and the receptionist forgot to book a taxi for our onward travel and kept us waiting the next moring. The also took a huge commission on the taxi, 5500 Rs for a 3 hour ride to Titrupati, with a driver who didn't know the route. On a more positive note the small roof top swimming pool was nice with great views over the city.

Good place.to stay, easy connectivity to all attractions and city center. Good bfadt and in room dining.. price may be slightly higher but facilities are premium. They have a bar in house too in case you want to chill out with friends or prefer in room drinks

The room were very nice. The service was very nice. People are very cooperating here, especially those who all are serving in the dining hall. I would like name some people whose service I liked the most personally. There is one service girl Geetha and the service boy saravanan and the restaurant manager Madan. Come and visit here. This is a nice place to stay.

We were there in April 2024. Very satisfied with the hotel services. The meals provided, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, were consistently pleasant and delicious. The proximity of the hotel to the hospital was particularly also beneficial to us. The gym facilities are excellent. They are well-maintained and offer a wide range of equipment. Also, a special mention to Ms Subhasmita who went above and beyond to make our dining experiences even more pleasant during our stay.

Never been suffered this much, in-room dining : order now, get it tomorrow. Oops ! We were waiting for minimum 1 hour on each and every in-room dining order & the maximum is 1.45 hours. Suite Room : charged 8000₹ but it’s not up to its mark, the same double room with a tiny couch on the entrance, that’s it
Power cut : I forget to count but maximum there’s a frequent power cut during night.

Excellent property just off NH 48 Bangalore Chennai Highway, close to popular eateries like Sarvana Bhavan, Vellore Kitchen and Jothi Biriyani. Clean and we'll equipped rooms with an excellent staff. Only downside is the expensive resturant that charges Rs 420 for breakfast buffet and limited and congested parking space. You will need to depend on the valet to park your car and they keep the car keys with them to move around cars to make way for guests exiting their cars. Some may find this disconcerting. Remember to book the rooms online; you will get better deal.

Am currently in their most expensive “suite” room and the road noise is unbearable. Blaring music is playing into the room. The windows seem to be made of paper.
The hotel itself is dated and seems to be full due to some education event. So the staff seem to be overwhelmed.
The room is not bad except for “LOUD “ street noise and blaring music.
The swimming pool looks nice but I’ll check it out tomorrow.
Their gym is very cramped and hardly any space to move around. There are some trainers who did not seem to care.
Not the place I will stay next time.

It has been an unique, memorable stay with lifetime experirnce at Benzz Park hotel for almost 2 months during Mar'20 to May'20 . CMC, Vellore is just a walking distance from this hotel situated at prime location and thus, we decided to stay here . I still believe, it was 200% correct decision for us that time . We were suddenly stuck at this hotel due to sudden lockdown announced all over India from 24 Mar, 2020 onwards and we couldn't manage to return . We still remember every moments of every single day, we stayed in Benzz Park . This was a real great experience for me and my family although we could not enjoy 100% service / entertainments / sightseeings because of sudden lockdown situation .
The hotel has nice and clean rooms with comfortable bed, a good restaurant, complementary buffet breakfast with good spreads, gym, rooftop swimming pool with city view, excellent interiors alongwith a beautiful porch and a real great environment altogether . All the staffs including reception, room service, housekeeping, securities were excellent, polite, always smiling and with helping attitude . Senior management extended their help while I was really worried of our daily hotel expenses and to save our lives / loss of pay in office . It would have been a real difficult situation, if Mr. Sujeet would not have arranged a laptop for me to continue my work from hotel itself alongwith other few arrangements considering that as a special, unplanned and exceptional scenario that time .
I am really grateful to each and every staff in Hotel Benzz Park to whom I got a chance to interact..From front desk Mr. Sayed / Mr Kiran, from room service Mr. Lakhshmipathi / Mr. Sridhar / Mr. Imran, from housekeeping Mr. Imtiaz / Mr. Goutham, from security Mr. Perumal . I am so sorry that I forgot few more names who also interacted with me . During last few days, I interacted with one of the chef Mr. Shibkumar and I was happy to talk to him in bengali for the first time in this hotel .
I probably asked for few additional services from all of them specifically during that critical lockdown situation . But, please understand, I was also helpless from our perspective and had to go through an unplanned emergency situation for long . Thus, Benzz Park in Vellore has created a permanent space in my lifetime diary as it never happened for any other hotel where I had stayed for more than 5-6 days .
I could not finish my mail without expressing my sincere gratitude to Mr. Anand, Mr. Suresh and specially Mr. Sujeet for their all time support and exceptional cooperation . They helped us like a close family members while we were feeling helpless and very much worried thinking of sudden challenging situation during that period .
We really wish to come back again in future . Request everyone to Stay Safe...Would remember Benzz Park, forever...

The worst service we had ever experience in India. We are frequent travellers to India for pilgrimage and we really enjoy the stay. Benzz Park Hotel in Vellore is nice with clean room in general but the management has to seriously look into improving the service of their staff which was extremely unprofessional and arrogant.
