The resort was extremely nice, had a great time there with family for the aafari. Spotted a few animals. And the main thing is that staff was very helpful. I would like to mention Mr. Dilan who helped us throughout and was there for all our issues.

The best property to visit in kabini.. Best rooms Best care takers Best people..humble like never experienced.. Honesty is their forte.. Most thanks to DILAN..the man who stood by side in every aspect and need as a guest.. Good is beyond expectation.. Safari is better planned and luckily we stopped 2 tigers today.. And the weather is also amazing from 2 days.. Rooms are properly cleaned and full supporting staff.. Best wishes to the property care takers and managers and owners.. A must visit in kabini..

Holidaying serai kabini is the best experince one could ever have. We have nevar witneesed such hospitality anywhere in the wold. We went to Serai Kabini to celebrate my birthday and had an absolutely wonderful stay there. Perfect location on the banks of the River Kabini, lovely rooms and friendly service topped by excellent food overseen by extremely courteous staff like Samarprit and team. Cleanliness of rooms were ensured by Manoj, Sunil and Srinivas. Moving around the vast premises was assisted by prompt arrival of buggies driven by helpful and courteous staff. On the whole a fulfilling and enjoyable holiday at Serai Kabini. Thanks Dr Priya William

Stay @ the property was very good.. But service@ the restaurant & staff @ the reception were very doogy... I dnt like the attitude. They bluffed us on the Deas whc they promised and made a fuss abt the billing while checking out of the property. I would advise people travelling to Serai pls get written clarity or else you will face the same issue. Apart from this property is beautiful.. The location is perfect for relaxing and nature loving.

With regards to the billing ,your package confirmed with us booked through your travel agent was only for stay with complimentary breakfast. When you requested us at resort to include the second day's dinner against the check out day breakfast , we made an exception to honor the same for your group. We had offered to waive off the charge for the first day's buffet dinner in lieu of the breakfast on check-out day but you insisted on not being billed for the second day's dinner instead. We made an exception to accommodate all your requests. We are sorry to know that you were still unhappy. We also offer an option to pre purchase the meals during your room booking. For your next visit we suggest we can help you with your complete experience in advance along with the room.

It was a marvellous experience at Serai kabini. We passed our best part of life at resort. Good service and nice helping people. Perticukerly chamaraj ji. House keeping section was good with humble people and quick service. Only issue at restorant service. Also food was good but high price with lack of services...! Over all great experience.
