Sometimes you forgot that there're differences between 3 stars and 4 stars hotels. This resort is 3 star hotel. Beach fantastic, food very good, prices very attractive. A sunny day you've everything you need.. but.. wifi is so bad that it's better not to use it. Rooms have a really spartan design without proper light. Showers are using gas, okay...

Koh Jum, in early November, is the most relaxed place I've ever visited. There were very few other visitors and the island itself is empty and peaceful. The rooms in the resort are almost on the beach and have gorgeous views. A short stroll to the pool or beach make this a great place to chill out. We went as...

We really did enjoy this place. The villa is almost on top of The sea. Food was good. Cocktail fantactic. THE pool is small but good. THE Road to The resort was very bumpy and close to Hill side. Not top top service from THE manager but ok. There is many many stairs. And many of THE balconys have a...

A bit of luxury! Stayed for a couple of nights in a beach front bungalow. Massive room, walk in wardrobe, air-con, lovely shower, bath with view of ocean, huge balcony, fridge. Great pool. Staff don't speak much English. It's a bit of a trek to the main road and in rainy season it's just a muddy mess so you'll not...

We stayed 3 nights at Koh Jum Resort during the low season. There were only 2 other guest during our stay so it felt like we had the whole resort and beach to ourselves. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, bending over backwards to accommodate us and ensure we had a good stay. The rooms were beautiful and spacious...

We stayed here 3 nights and felt like valued customers throughout. They went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and that we were enjoying our stay. We enjoyed the food and the resort itself is the best on the island in terms of location by far. We can say the because we explored every part of the island...

Our room had amazing sea views and although it rained for most of our short visit, it was still relaxing watching the big waves from the comfort of our balcony. We had the small beach to ourselves during the dry sunny hours of our stay (beach is only accessible at low tide). The pool was much smaller than had originally...

The resort itself locate in the local island (Jum island) ,quiet island with less tourist activity. Good for people who need quiet space for relax. About 30 min from airport to Laem Kruat pier and 40 min by daily boat and 15 min to the resort. The road is still under develop so a bit dangerous in the dark or...

The location is good and everybody was friendly. But the service was really bad. Further, we were treated like second class guests, because we booked at a well known internet portal and paid much less, than others who booked directly at the resort. After 2 nights we were moved to a different room, had to wait 40 minutes for toast...

Accommodation: We had a cottage, very simple, that's what we wanted. With uninterrupted views of the sea from out lovely little veranda/balcony. We had 2 deck chairs & a table on there so we could soak it all up whilst having a lovely cocktail. Found the bed super large and super comfortable. Room cleaned every day :-) Food: Was good,...
