Room service is very slow and bad. After making call for room service they too almost hour to respond. Room cleaning is not done in full day even you give keys to reception in morning and hwen you came back in evening the room is as it is in morning messy and stincy. They also not respond to complain. Here are some points -we booked hotel for 2 days from booking.com, the hotel representative outright denied honouring that booking just before a day -after lot of hassle we got 1 day booking on paying half amount upfront to that representative who claimed to be manager but when we reached hotel, it seems he was just middleman and hotel has many such people. -we stayed in economy rooms that appear to be never cleaned at all. Dust has accummulated on furniture, bedding was dirty and the room smelled. Looked like some shabby guest house rather than 3 star hotel. -Avoid at all costs, it's a health hazard -No insulation from corridor noise, I couldn't sleep at all -Only saving grace were it's breakfast that was good

So we booked this hotel online by paying an advance amount of 7k for 2 nights . Enroute this hotel from Katra , there were landslides due to which the driver refused to continue with the journey since it would amount to a minimum wait time of 9 hours or more to reach the destination . Even if we take the risk, there was no guarantee for the no of hours that we may have to wait and since we had a return flight after 2 days , we decided to cancel the trip. The hotel refused to even partially refund our money for both the days even though we were constantly in touch with the hotel apprising them of our circumstance . My advice would be to book hotels for which pre payment is not necessary since Patnitop is a place which is quite vulnerable to landslides . Also , the cab fare from Jammu / Katra to Patnitop is 3k . So it’s not possible to rebook another cab if one driver refuses to take you . I wish the hotel could have been more considerate to atleast give us some refund as these were circumstances beyond our control and we had every intention to visit the place. …

everything is perfect. beautiful views, great service, good food, clean and hygienic rooms. Room service available. balcony view is beyond words. I am so impressed by the hotel staff.. best to cover maximum sightseeing as per your choice with comfort and easiness.

At the first sight the hotel looked filthy. We reached the hotel at 2.40 and the guy said room is not ready. We went for lunch and finally got the room at 4 PM. The guy at the reception was extremely rude and should have been an don than on the front desk. This hotel will rate as one of the dirtiest hotels I have visited. The food was also horrible.When requested for an iron they said the hotel doesn’t have one. Highly not recommend.

Stayed here for one night we asked for a cheap room as we are on a budget was told they would knock us 500 of rent (but realised that this was the usual price for this time of year ) had to pay up front which found bizzare not had to do before. We were offered a room in basement (below resturant ) refused as maybe noisy. Given a room on top floor where for most of time in hotel horrendous noise above us (maybe the water system) and then we had a group of younger men in rooms next to us partying until 1am ...so all in all not a great experience with not a lot of sleep ...not good when we have a 7 hour journey in front of us. Daytime reception staff not that friendly . Night time reception staff nice. Need to be a bit more welcoming to 'foreign' tourists but this is just my opinion. Location is great tho with fantastic views …

Hotel Trinetor was best in delivering a comfortable stay at Patnitop as location of resort is one of the best at peak of the hill station. Room balcony gives a superawesome view of complete hill station covered with snow. Parking was adequate to accomodate cars for all the rooms despite of being completely sold out on that day. Room service and hospitality was best in class. One of my best resort at Patnitop.
