We stayed here for two nights at seperate times as we were travelling through the area. The bungalows were fantastic. Very cheap, sparkling clean and the owners were very helpful. The town is a Thai town and not frequented by many "farang" which makes it a fantastic place to explore. Highly recommend this place!

Stop for a day or two in Khuraburi to relax. The resort is very basic and simple, but pleasant. The owner will rent you a motorbike. You can then go and eat the amazing food at the local markets (I highly recommend the coconut waffles.), visit the beach and have a swim under the waterfall just a few kilometres away....

We stayed one night here on the recommendation of Andaman Discoveries. It is called a resort - not sure why as it is essentially a group of one bedroom bungalows in the centre of a pleasant, friendly town. We found the rooms to be basic, clean, comfortable, with working ensuite facilities. The owner/manager was friendly and welcomed us, and recommended...

If you want to spend a night in Khuraburi, near the pier this place is the best choice! Nice, tidy place, friendly owner, budget price for a perfect room with AC. The owner was very friendly, helped with the transfer to the pier!

Khura Buri is definitely not your typical Thai tourist destination. Boon Piya is mostly likely your best choice when in town but don't expect too much. Not sure how this can be identified as a resort. It is a just collection of bungalows. They are in pretty good shape and clean enough. No sheets were provided for sleeping, just rather...

When in Kuraburi Boon Piya's is the place to stay. For me there is no question. The family are very welcoming. Boon Piya was so helpful with our travel arrangements too. He came over to our bungalow the morning we were heading off to the Surin Islands and said that we had better get a move on because the boat...

We stayed in Boon Piya resort for 3 nights. While my companions were off on adventures with Andamann Discoveries, I stayed at the hotel because I wasn't feeling well. The individual bungalows are twin bedded, Very clean and quiet despite being just steps from the main road in Kuraburi. The A/C worked well as did the hot water shower. Fresh...

I feel terrible saying that, as the owner of this little motel and his family are so helpful and lovely and kind. The place is new, basic but good and the air conditioning works well. The owner brought us up complimentary water too! And all this for only £12 (600 baht)! But sadly we just didn't sleep well as the...

A couple of days ago I had to stay in Kuraburi for one night and this place was recommended by Andaman Discoveries. Its just perfect right in the center of town, clean bungalows with air con and tv. Good prices too, and best part is close to the market and local eateries. If you have to stay in Kuraburi its...

Stayed there with friends the night before we went diving to Richelieu Rock. Nice, clean place. A free bottle of water provided. If you stay there, go have dinner on the opposite side of the road. it's called M R Kosak Testaurant Organic Vegetables!! Nevermind the name...it's Thai food. And it's excellent!!!
