My Goa trip was super duper awesome thanks to Ginger Madgaon hospitality extended by the staff. It's a very homely feeling they gave me. I would like to specially thank Manager Fernandes, Subhojit, Devika. Rooms were good with amazing hill view and station view. It's one of the best views in a city hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel to one and all.

We had a nice stay for our family and friends group at Hotel Ginger, Madgaon from 13th April till 16th April. The hospitality was awesome and all our requests for early checkin and check outs were accommodated with a smile. The restaurant and room facilities were very good and all our guests were fully satisfied. The location next to the railway station was very convenient and our guests arriving / departing at different times, mostly in the night had a comfortable walk of 300m. Overall a awesome and memorable experience

Ginger in Madgaon city is bang opposite to railway station. It is very clean and well maintained hotel and staff is very polite especially Devika and Manager Fernandes is very kind. We saw many good places nearby and booked water sports at the beach side. All staff are amazing in Ginger

Travelling to goa? Ginger Madgaon is a place for your trip! Booked the rooms for my family, they were kind to give us an interconnecting room. The rooms are spacious and are very clean. Hotel is very near to the Railway Station. Devika at Front Desk is professional and assisted in all our requests during our stay Jerissa at the restaurant was pleasant and knew exactly what we needed! Shubam from housekeeping assisted with extra bed and was pro active on his services. Recommended place for your upcoming visit!

Our stay was extremely comfortable, the place is very clean and affordable, one of the best deals we could get in the peak season. Kudos to the customer experience offered - I mistakenly left a bag at one of the vehicles outside the hotel. The staff took notice of it, Mr. Subhojit, who is a Guest Service Associate at the hotel, called and properly verified my identity and took the efforts to ship it to me. He maintained a constant communication till the time the bag was not delivered to me. Very impressed! Highly highly recommend.

3 star hotel with 5 star staff...thanks subhojit sen for the wonderful experience you extended to my family. If you are planning to stay in south goa and looking for a property which is backed by Tata do consider ginger madgaon as strong option as this hotel was built in 2019 and staff here is super supportive... Fernando (Gm) Subhojit sen and related staff is super cool and will help in your daily itinerary and any other support you may require.. They give you this feeling as if you in your hometown. I stayed at Ginger Margao, and I am so happy to share that my experience with them was phenomenal, literally loved it. The food and rooms are good but the service is excellent, they are very prompt with their service. A special mention for Subhojit Sen, he helped a lot during my and made things really easy for me. Nice hotel, staff is friendly and really helpful. Shubojit on reception helped us in all aspects. Room are ok. They need to do something for exhaust in bathroom as i was informed that it works on interval. When u come out after bath they whole bathroom gets filled with smoke, odour etc. (But suffocating for next family members) May get bit train noise as opposite platform no. 2 side. If you have luggage and train leaves from platform 1 u may need to arrange cab. There is one resturant where food is good. Breakfast is ok considering every day they can't creat new menu. Overall my rating will be 4 out of 5. And 5 out of 5 for staff.
