We reached here late at night. Excellent food and rooms. Very neat and clean. The rooms are big. Staff is curteous. The mattresses are 8 inches thick so a good night sleep is the least one can expect here

Before booking the hotel I called on their number 083800 86724 and confirmed for balcony room, mini fridge, locker, breakfast. After confirming I booked AC executive double room. They confirmed that they serve continental breakfast. All this was confirmed in email too for the room I booked. Once I reached there I saw the entire hotel doesn't have a balcony. No fridge and locker in the room. When I asked they said only suite rooms have this. Since I said I want full refund and will vacate the hotel, they sent a mini fridge to the room. For breakfast they served puri chole, and next day alu parata(and they said they serve continental everyday) They had red velvet cup cakes which was chopped into pieces and served.T V doesnt work in the room. The guy at the reception said he will send someone to look into it, but never sent. Shower worked sometimes, and sometimes it dint. Anything I asked for which I had already paid, the guy at the reception said we dont provide this to executive rooms(though its mentioned in their site and yatra in room amenities for the same room) I could have booked a better place for that money. These guys lie to you abt all the facilities if you call them before booking. Only once you reach the place you get to know there is nothing. The wifi stopped working after few hours. The guy at the reception in the early morning hours is very rude and doesnt even look at you face while responding. Only one female receptionist was good and she was polite and was wearing mask. There is no room service or no food is served after 10pm even if you request them. The entire experience was worst and will never recommend this place to anyone.…

Group of friends visited at this hotel, service provided was very good also cleanness was well maintained. Restaurants were maintained with all hygiene, also all bathrooms at the room were clean and serviced daily

Stayed for one night as reached Madgaon in night and had to travel to Palolem. Nice big room, clean and tidy. Best hotel in Madgaon for a one night stay. Market is very close by, good food included. Would surely recommend

I reached the hotel at around 7:00 AM initially the receptionist told me room is vacant and getting ready. Then at 8'00 o'clock he told me that sir please you adjust in 3 bed rooms as large bed room is not vacant. The person who arrived after me has been allocated room first. They did not even asked for water. No hospitality ethics to the staff and staff is not well behaved. They don't have time to listen to the guest. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't stay here.

It very good to be in the city and every thing is very near by the hotel staff is very friendly and very professional , the room was cleaned up to the mark I did not try food but i wanted the room only to sleep at night for me it's ok but I wished breakfast should be little better.

My visit at hotel goa woodlands was awesome, it is near by bus station and have good surroundings. The service staff is quite good and food taste and quality is also awesome. Bike renting facility is also available there with affordable and negotiable amount

Went to the 4 Seasons restaurant situated in the hotel for dinner with family. The place is not very big but comfortable. Advance booking is suggested to avoid waiting as there are not too many tables. Good varied options in food are available. Food is tasty. The service levels can be a little quicker. Overall a good option in Margao city.

Best hotel to stay in margao Benefit of a quality as its a chain of hotel, Woodlands goa is a thoroughly professional hotel by the way, Rooms are best in terms of amenities and Cleanness as the bathroom also, Morning breakfast is good, Front office, house keeping and room service are best in class as compared to other similar goa hotels , Breakfast is complimentary and my suggestion is too, if possible try to improve breakfast atendents as well as the chef involvement towards quality and service, Thanks All the best

Felt this hotel is a little over priced. The staff were very unprofessional and arrogant. The rooms are very neat. No covered parking available. You need to park your car on the road outside the hotel premises. The hotel is an old one, but maintained well. But really need to improve on the staff behaviour. One thing which really annoyed me was the staff kept on calling every 10 mins from 10.15 AM itself reminding us to check out at 11 AM as if they got some insider information that we are going to stay beyond the normal time . I asked the staff about any historic places nearby and all i get is the response to check out the maps. Breakfast served was okayish.
