We stayed here in connection to my wedding with all our families and friends from India and abroad. V really enjoyed our stay here. Wonderful front office staff and housekeeping staff. Quick to respond and very courteous. I will recommend this hotel.

It a very old hotel in Margao city, very close to Margao city bus stand, police station. Room are nice with veg n non veg restaurants. They also have pastry shop. Good place for business activities. Very close from Margao rly. Station. All transport facilities are available close by.

Value for money hotel with vegetarian and non vegitarian restraunt ,located near shoping center,railway station,bus stand,but have limited car parking facility,reasonably prised ,good and economic hotel with courteous staff.

Before booking the hotel I called on their number 083800 86724 and confirmed for balcony room, mini fridge, locker, breakfast. After confirming I booked AC executive double room. They confirmed that they serve continental breakfast. All this was confirmed in email too for the room I booked. Once I reached there I saw the entire hotel doesn't have a balcony. No fridge and locker in the room. When I asked they said only suite rooms have this. Since I said I want full refund and will vacate the hotel, they sent a mini fridge to the room. For breakfast they served puri chole, and next day alu parata(and they said they serve continental everyday) They had red velvet cup cakes which was chopped into pieces and served.T V doesnt work in the room. The guy at the reception said he will send someone to look into it, but never sent. Shower worked sometimes, and sometimes it dint. Anything I asked for which I had already paid, the guy at the reception said we dont provide this to executive rooms(though its mentioned in their site and yatra in room amenities for the same room) I could have booked a better place for that money. These guys lie to you abt all the facilities if you call them before booking. Only once you reach the place you get to know there is nothing. The wifi stopped working after few hours. The guy at the reception in the early morning hours is very rude and doesnt even look at you face while responding. Only one female receptionist was good and she was polite and was wearing mask. There is no room service or no food is served after 10pm even if you request them. The entire experience was worst and will never recommend this place to anyone.

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience. Despite paying extra for the room, the air conditioning was not functioning. The staff failed to assist in changing the room or fixing the AC, displaying a lack of cooperation with customers. My overall stay was marred by this issue, and I am disappointed with the level of service provided.

To start with the rooms are nice but housekeeping and room service is very poor. Denied us of hand towels!
We went with our own car. While booking they confirmed that they have parking and hve place for driver to freshenup. On reaching there we were told there was no place for driver to take shower. Neither did they arrange nor did they found us any alternative! Very non - coperative it was!
Food wasnt good either!

I reached the hotel at around 7:00 AM initially the receptionist told me room is vacant and getting ready. Then at 8'00 o'clock he told me that sir please you adjust in 3 bed rooms as large bed room is not vacant. The person who arrived after me has been allocated room first. They did not even asked for water. No hospitality ethics to the staff and staff is not well behaved. They don't have time to listen to the guest. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't stay here.

The hotel ideally located, so that moving around other places are easy. Good service, clean n big rooms. Enjoyed my stay and recommend the same. Getting a taxi, auto, bike taxi, was easy. A few wine shops around to shop. The hotels bar was good.

We had stayed here for five days. We had booked this hotel through Makemytrip.com. Room was neat and clean. Bathroom was clean. Room service was very good. Housekeeping service was good. The hotel had arranged for the South Goa Tour and North Goa Tour @ 200 per person for each tour. We had complimentary breakfast everyday. Breakfast was good although there were some similar items everyday. The hotel has less parking space. This hotel is around 5 kms from Colva beach. Railway station is nearby. We had food at Rangoli Veg Restaurant at the hotel. Food was okay. Overall this was a pleasant stay.

my experience with this hotel is very bad. services right from the watchman to the manager are hopeless. half of the staff does not understand what you are talking and another half do not bother about what you are talking. if you are going by a car, simply drop the idea. they do not have a parking at all. you will find the same menu for the breakfast every day. you will get fade-up with-in 2-3 days. so think twice.
