the hotel is little interior from main road but google maps will take you there alongwith sign boards on road. Room size is ok, but clean. tea/coffee maker available in room.i went in September end and food was not available all the time, they have mentioned the time on the notice board. trinity beac, colva beach, benaulim beach are 15 20 mins from here. madgaon railway station is 10 mins, by auto as well as walking (different routes).

Worst expererince on human ground..i visited at 1 a.m. latenight /18.03.19 as my train was late n online showing room available but after visiting at sight security & desk manager both r sleeping inside / open door after half hour ..Desk manager says not possible to book room on place..try to book online if you get . N .after that online no room available ..its feel .there is no humanity . Because he want to sleep he dont booked my room...than i searched a guest house n i get room ...its feel so bad

It is a decent budget stay right next to the railway station,it has the cozy feel inside the room and a friendly and understanding staff.Reception person was very co operative we arrived at early in the morning that time room was not available but he give us alternative option for being fresh. The location is easy to find on map. The area is peaceful.

Wanna catch morning train from MADGAON railway station, a good choice hotel to stay with in the limit.Nice service and good ambience away from crowd ! May find difficult to reach the hotel but Google and signboards helps you to find it.

I chose this location only as it was close to the railway station.But the hotel exceeded all my expectations.Profressional and helpfully staff /Service too.Overall very nice stay and Fantastic value for money ,Look forward to stay again when I come back .

“I stayed here as we had a train to catch from Madgaon station. This hotel is very close to the station. 5 mins walk. The person at the reception was very helpful and accommodating. I had forgotten my gold ring in the hotel the staff was very helpful and kept my ring safe until someone came to pick me up. The stay in the hotel was very relaxing and comfortable. It was a last moment booking however very glad the way it worked out.”

I was so delighted to stay at Relax Holiday Home, very convenient location 10 minutes walkable distance from Railway station backgate. Cleanness satisfied, Service satisfied, Breakfast satisfied, Bike n car rental service are available at hotel.

Had a wonderful experience staying here. Its just around a km or two from Baga beach. Hospitality is too good from the receptionist and same goes to room service. Pool was in good condition. Credit goes to the amazing veg food they provide.

Stay was excellent and comfortable. All amenities as guaranteed. Also walkable from rail station but peaceful. Staff behavior is decent. Challenging points being washroom door lock, dead old airconditioning system and OYO complimentary breakfast rule. The door was not properly aligned. The AC machine is too old for swift cooling. OYO promised a complimentary breakfast. This was denied as my MMT reservation was without b Fast. This is an unexplained event.
