The place is very beautiful.. The cottages are pretty and the food wuality is also very good. But the staff management and their behaviour is rude and disappointed.. They didnt even think that someone is with family the just send the bell boy for checkout.. Their checkin & Checkout time is totally different from every hotel & resort if Checkin is at 1 Pm then checkout should also be at 1 PM. Their linen was also not good bed sheet was having holes in it. Besides so much rain they forcelly made families to checkout get out from their resort.. Their gst on food is also very different as usually everyone charges 5% GST on food as per govt. rules but charge 18% GST on food also. The good thing about resort was their garden with lot of activities to do and you get interact with many more new friends and enjoy the evening with new friends.. We got to interact 4-5 families there in resort.. Its totally family resort so its totally safe to go there with families and kids.. I will definitely visit this resort again but i want management should realky consider that same complaints for staff behaviour is there and staff is really not cooperative.. Hospitality is totally based on how you treat and interact with guest and what you do to make your guest happy… besides being a hotelier they didnt even give 10-15% discount of food also.. besides that the cottage was also not same which i booked…The staff was very much rigid which is totally a bad impact for a very beautiful resort… I giving the rating average just because of staff behaviour otherwise it was awesome…👍…

We had booked for 19 & 20 May 22. Check-in was very smooth & welcoming by front office staff. Very comfortable stay with good breakfast & food menu for lunch & dinner. very homely taste & quality. Very well maintained lawns with greenery & Pine Trees natural effect. Will surely visit again & advice family & friends to have feel of Natural Resort Effect.

We are enjoying kasauli sight seen .me and my two friends going to kasauli enjoying summer .First day we covered monkey point, gilbert trail, sunset point , mall road, old church, heritage market.Second day kasauli to mohan shakti heritage park and chail sight seen.Third day kasauli to kalka drop.our car driver Mr.Sonu driving skill is very good and exoerienced 12 year.I can safely recomended mr.Sonu for all vehicles (Innove, Dezire, alto, crysta) .If you are enjoying himachal tour and trip contact Mr Sonu 9816378229, 9817356899.

Excellent place and ambience. Manager Mr Anil Guleria was most co-operative. All staff was every time smiling and ready for service. We really enjoyed. Must visit once. All rooms are newly furnished and architecture of all rooms are excellent. I think owner is brilliant regarding design of resort.

Plus point location having awesome view with scenic beauty. The food is also good but needs more options better to have buffet. Mr. Anil Guleria is very humble and always meet with smile on his face. Efforts of Mr. Surinder and Virender is also praise worthy.

We did a one night stay at resort. There are various activities one can do within campus. Best part about the stay was room. We had an entire tree trunk within our room. However, the management needs to work on hospitality. The check out time is 11 am. They keep sending the bell boy for check out and the staff can be rude if you ask them for 5 extra minutes for getting ready.

USP of this hotel is it's amazing location. And room interior. All the rooms have a very good view. Food is also good. House keeping staff was also courteous. But the worst exp for us was when we ( me ,my wife n two kids) have reached the hotel at 11 am . Check in time was not mentioned on our booking receipt. So we were assuming 12 would be the check in time. But when we reached there they said our check in time is 1 pm. And U wud have to wait till 1 pm. We had spent 2 hr with our kids in their lawn but they were not at all bothered about this. Their management staff was not cooperative. They are behaving with guest acc to their class.

Hotel property is beautiful staff is rude . Hospitality is worst .I asked for strong coffee and waiter said we make this type of coffee only if you want we can bring a extra pouch of coffee and you can dilute the pouch in the same coffee . Their check out time is 11 am they will start calling u from 10.30 am and they will not understand any medical emergency they need room to be check out at 11 . They will send bell boy even without your consent and they keep on ringing phone bells and room bells for check out never seen such a poor hospitality will suggest not to stay in this hotel .if you have some medical emergency also they will put your luggage out .
