Birds View is the classic getaway for someone seeking a pleasant change in routine in a placid habitat. We have inculcated a congenial atmosphere so that our guests can lighten up, feel free & take in the environs. We look forward to keep alive the rustic, welcoming, & mystifying sprit of the hills which has enthused artists, explorers & thinkers over generations. Bordered by sub tropical pine --tropical deciduous--thorn forests & picturesque hills, quaint rural communities with terraced landscapes, overlooking the Great Plains & the Tri-City, under the endless skies, perched high on a cliff, justifying the expression; ‘Birds-eye-View’ We believe that travelling to Kasauli is all about spending a short & peaceful escape where one needn’t worry about being too far from civilization yet enjoy a healthy accord with nature & at the same time is within means. So if you’re in Kasauli & looking forward to benefit from it all? The remedy for you is the abode of Birds View!

Place is neat and clean. I had booked Deluxe Room. View from the room was amazing. Hotel staff is cordial and friendly. Room service is slow which needs improvement. Food was good and freshly prepared. I would recommend this property.
Me and my family visited Bird View Kasauli from 15 to 17 August. We stayed in premium cottage which is beside the reception on the ground floor. We really enjoyed spending our early morning and late night watching the valley. This was an excellent place...More

I would suggest you to come via Dharampur. Its a bit long route but you wouldnt regret, If you want to see some beautiful scenes and calmness the route of Parwanu is preferable. You wouldnt find any traffic after you leave outskirts of Parwanu Sector 4. Let me warn you about the road its not that good but the distance from Parwanu to Kasauli is 19 Km only. If you have time and not tired then go via old Parwanu road. The road turns to the left up towards Kasauli from Parwanu. There are two petrol stations in the left side when you cross Parwanu. The Kasauli Road is 50 meters from the second Petrol pump towards left.
Secondly The Birds View is awsum place to hang out. Nice location and scenery. Ample parking space of the hotel. The main market is bit far from hotel about three to four km. So in hills you cant walk up the hill and down without getting tired. Parking at Mall road is 100. The church is at the parking itself. You can park the car and walk up to church. The manky point not monkey point is 2km from the parking which can be accessible via car and some go walking. I would suggest you to go on car since you have climb 150 big stair steps to reach manky temple. But it is wonderful view when reach the top. Due to security reason of army you are not allowed even waist belts beyond manky point gate.
If you any more questions pl. dont shy to ask me. This area i have been visiting for the last 10 years.
