Good value for money but wont recommend people with families. This hotel has nice rooms but overall looks like a 3 star hotel. If you want to save money this might be a good option. Service not that good.
First room was dirty and not well maintained, after I complained they immediately changed my room. However the new room was slightly cleaner and little bit better maintained. Anyway breakfast was good. Staff cannot smile at all and should not work in hospitality business.

Our rooms were large and comfortable and the lobby is very overdone. Lots of Chinese youngsters around. However what this hotel has in "grandeur" It lacks in basic amenities - there is Neither a safe nor a fridge in the rooms and staff are completely unresponsive except to say…
"Ask for a room on the north or east side of the hotel"
"Find another hotel"
"Ask for a room not facing the beautiful view of the nuclear reactor."
"Close to the city, despite what people tell you. Certainly tot walking distance to any Kashgar sights but a taxi generically cost 10 Y everywhere in town so it's worth staying in this lovely place. Especially at the end of a hot, dusty day!"
"Make sure construction is complete and inspect rooms before final check in as some are already showing signs of wear and tear....."
