Fantastic venue, great staff and nothing too much trouble. If you’re looking for a memorable holiday with fantastic service, great food not to mention the rum this is the place. Two world class golf courses that will test anyones ability and a spa to ease the muscles at the end of the round. The staff from cleaners to gardeners to golf, bar snd restaurant are absolutely first class and will make your stay truly memorable
We have just left Anahita golf with the feeling we will definitely be back. 5 years ago we went to Four Seasons Anahita and we were a bit worried when on a friend recommendation we decided to change to Anahita Golf The reason was easy :our son is now 10 and we prefer all to have our own room. The prestige suites and villas offer you that. stay together while separate. The truth is that on arrival we were a bit surprised as the prestige suites are on three levels and it is not your typical luxury resort, if I can put a minor negative is that I think they need a full refurbishment. Amalthea villas and junior suites look extraordinary. Once you settle , you realize that the room is enormous, 180sqm and everyone is friendly and easy and the resort starts growing on you. Ile aux cerfs is an incredible beach and golf course. Waking up at 6:40 to tee out for 9 holes at 7 am and have breakfast at 9:30 in Anahita golf is special and the food at all the restaurants is spectacular. Tennis facilities , good gym and a great driving range complete the offer. Special thanks to all the personnel, they are kind and helpful, Alain, Soon, Bissot, Suraj and everyone made us had a great time!…
Anahita was our 3rd hotel location during our Mauritius wedding and honeymoon trip and we enjoyed the stay very much. From the arrival (the check-in was done in our nice room), throughout our stay we experienced very friendly attitude by all the staff who provided us with professional services incl. late check out. The golf experience in Anahita and Ile aux Cerfs golf courses was also very uniques. Special appreciation to Mr.Soon (restaurants manager) who was available 24/7, always caring and helping us together with the hotel professional staff.
One among the finest hotel we have visited. My husband organised a surprised birthday for me and the staff did not revealed the surprise till the time of the cake cutting where everyone came to wish me. We had a fine dining. The room were clean good smelling well decorated with rose petals and had a magnificient golf view. The hotel provided us a free shuttle to ile aux cerfs golf club. I was astonished when the staff on the island too knew that it was my birthday and greeted me. We were also allowed to visit the villas. Definitely a place to be. Will surely go there again
We went to the Anahita in mid February, family of four. We stayed in the 3 bed Prestige Suite. Its pretty spacious and has a generous kitchen and a washing machine. The terrace is very nice. It has a dining table, a plunge pool and a sofa set and 2 deck chairs. The view is great and as we had some bad weather, they have this neat roller blinds made out of bamboo that you roll down and clip in so it literally becomes an indoor area protecting you from the gusty winds. There's also a fan in case it gets too hot. The indoor sitting room is large and also has a dining table. The internet is decent and wifi reaches all the rooms. We were on the third floor and I would recommend that as the views are great. The hotel itself and the grounds are well kept and the staff were all really helpful. The golf course is challenging and the pool area and gym are well maintained. We had opted for half board so breakfast and dinner were included. For dinner you had 2 choices (A La Carte or buffet in 2 different restaurants) We started with the buffet and stayed there for all 6 days. They have a theme every night and the choice was vast and suited all 4 of us, and even when there was a night when the kids weren't all too happy, Mr Arvind the head of that restaurant would make them whatever they fancied. The overall Food and Beverage manager was Mr Soon, very nice and caring man. Every time we'd bump into him he'd ask how we were and if there was anything specific we wanted to eat and if the kids were happy. Brekafast was also at the same restaurant, and here they had everything. Eddy was at the Crepe bar making fresh crepes, and one day I just uttered something about French Toast, and next thing I knew there was Eddy with some french toast! Karishma was usually at our table and bless her even after going for her booster jab she came in to work. We had a few teething issues but nothing major, but the manager Mr Manoj was there straight away to help us sort it all out. I am grateful to him too. Overall it was one of the best holidays we have been on, everyone was occupied and the country and its people are extremely hospitable. By the way we hired a catamaran (if you go in the morning, more chance to see the dolphins) for a few hours, I would highly recommend that, and definitely visit Port Louis and surrounding areas.…
The experience was awesome, the staff at the resort was very welcoming. The staff has exceeded our expectations to make our visit a pleasurable one. One thing seriously needs upgrade that is bicycles seats those were in bad condition. Rest all was pretty amazing and would definitely loved to come back Amazing work Team Anahita
For golfers this is heaven but the hotel beach on Ile aux Cerfs (a short boat ride away) is a beautiful tropical location and does great lunches. The staff couldn't be nicer and we stayed in a sea view property which was essentially a fully apppointed 3 bedroomed apartment , ie enough room for a big family. And even on the first floor there was a mini plunge pool on our private balcony. We enjoyed the food and the restaurants and the range of tastes and styles available was increased by the frequent buffet options, including venison and the best and largest grilled prawns you've ever had.
We spent 5 nights in one of the self service apartments. It was perfect, spacious, clean and beautiful! The kids loved watching the people play golf from the balcony. The food at the restaurants was incredible and the staff and service was great!
We went last 2 weeks of Jan. Perfect for us as it wasn’t busy. Service was excellent from the welcome to the farewell. The breakfast team with Eddy, Karishma , Megha and Geraldine ensured our day started perfectly. Vinaye and his team looked after us on the beach and the evening ended with excellent dinner service from Arvind and his team. The water sports and golf facilities were really good. The beautiful golf course in the afternoon was ideal for me as a beginner. At the end of 2 weeks we were sad to leave having been made so welcome. Thankyou to the Anahita team for a wonderfully relaxed holiday. Would recommend this resort without any hesitation.
Lovely hotel, friendly and attentive staff and attractive setting. The downside was being asked make a gratuity every meal, even buffet breakfast., even though on half board. Would prefer to to make one staff contribution at the end of the stay. The food could be better and being limited to a single restaurant out of four for lunch with the same menu every day became a bit “ samey”. Lunchtime snack options would be a welcome addition. None of this is to detract from giving this most beautiful and luxurious hotel a top rating. My comments are just for areas to further enhance the stay. One final comment. A directory of services in the room would be a big plus and we found the concierge service bordering on the shambolic.
