We concluded an amazing break to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary at four seasons for a week. It was exceptional service from the warm welcome by all the team on your arrival through to the same on your departure. You can tell this is a resort where the staff really care. Everyone is so friendly and only to happy to help. Before arrival the team were responsive in helping us plan ahead of time to ensure we got to experience everything we wanted to. Unfortunately some of that did not go to plan with the weather but we still managed excursions and to tour this stunning island which surprisingly has more on offer than you may think. The Villa was lovely nice, big, modern. The perfect mattress and a stunning bathroom. I loved the outdoor shower especially and the large walk in wardrobe/room. we never managed to use the pool given it would become full of leaves from the residue of the cyclone. To be honest the main pools were not busy so taking a dip there next to the bar and fresh coconuts was much better. The private beach is a must! We loved catching the boat out there and spending the day. The food, drinks and service over there plus even less people made it feel like our own private island. The resort has lots to offer. Amazing gym but due to COVID you had to book in advance and that was a shame as it was often booked. We hired bikes to get around and enjoyed cycling through the property. The shops onsite were great we bought a lovely linen suit for my husband. We did a private yoga session though this is also complimentary when you join the group session. The setting was stunning! My husband also got a hair cut in the salon. The restaurants were great as was room service. We loved the petals on the bed and delicious complimentary cake for our anniversary. I must add the cleaners were great with the turndown feeling like a whole experience. The live entertainment such as on creole night was a lovely bonus. If the weather was perfect all week we would have done more water sports but we made the most of what we could and would highly recommend it here!…
We had a great time in this hotel , the staff were extremely friendly trying their best to make our stay comfy & enjoyable . I booked the ocean villa it was nice & private. Beach villa is better if you want to swim on the beach but less private. Make sure to take book it with breakfast because the breakfast was very delicious with lots of variety
We had a perfect holiday! The resort is beautiful, the staff were so very friendly and courteous. The food was so delicious, every restraunt was so aesthetically designed. The spa was terrific! From welcoming us, to housekeeping, breakfast everything was outstanding. It is an experience, we wont ever forget! Massive Thank You!
We booked at the Four Seasons for 3 nights and intended to stay at another resort on the NW side of the island for the balance of our vacation. After one horrific night at the other property, we came back to the Four Seasons where we were welcomed with open arms. The location, food, accommodations, and facilities are wonderful. But the team at Four Seasons completely sets them apart from other properties. If you are looking to recharge, eat delicious food, and worry about nothing, the Four Seasons Mauritius is your place. A big thank you to Amit, Navin, Vik, Abhi (beach), and Natasha (housekeeping) for ensuring our stay was magical.
Our heartfelt thanks to Mr Vinay Erkadoo for the excellent service provided during our stay at the resort. We were extremely impressed by the cleanliness and luxury of the villa. Indeed it has been a unique experience to stay in such a prestigious resort! Food at the restaurant was delicious and we really appreciated the efficacy of the bar staffs...
Exceptional hotel - amazing huge grounds (can take long walks or use buggy), great service (the best I ever experienced), delicious food (four restaurants with a very nice selection), lovely bar with beautiful views, fun kids and teen club Tried to stay in other hotels in Mauritius and can not even compare them... .... would definitely be back again!
Very beautiful nature , very well preserved gardens, I loved it, all of us loved it. Villa was stunning. Food were very tasty and service was as always number 1. The biggest problem was: They wrote to their web page: Arrival transformation is included to the price and they gave 2 nights stay bonus 1 night more, plus arrival transfer included. Then just a couple of days before arrival I contacted with them to arrange ‘arrival transfer’ and the answer was a trick: free arrival transfer meant; if you arrive from another hotel to their hotel they pick you from the previous hotel, that meant not from the airport. Very cheap behaviour; doesn’t match to Four Seasons. I don’t know if I was the only person who caused problems about that, but I really caused problems I wrote to them several times that they wrote on the webpage ‘arrival transfer is included ‘ and the answer was it meant between interhotel arrivals. I questioned my English and asked my native speaker friends, they also said there is a big lie behind that writing. The day before our flight I wrote them I’m going to write what day did to TripAdvisor And when I was on the plane they send me a message like they were going to send me a free transfer which I haven’t seen until we arrived to the island. It was too late, I had arranged a taxi transfer for myself. The manager came to welcome us at the arrival of the hotel and apologised for what happened. The other problem of the hotel was sea was very bad, the color of the water was yellowish and didn’t look nice, we felt bad when we were swimming after blue waters of south and west Turkey beaches. The shuttle boat to the island was a good experience,we liked to travel the island called Ille aux Cerves which was complimentary from Four Seasons. For one night hotel arranged us a taxi and we went to Sahngri La Hotel’s Safran restaurant for dinner. It was a nice experience for us but if you do that make sure to wear long pants if you are a man. Now we are in Mauricia Beachcomber Hotel and nothing can be compared to Four Seasons luxury and beauty. We wanted to spend sometime at the west of island and there aren’t many luxury alternatives here. But we are close to Grand Baie and will experience being near a nice village here. Four Seasons must correct the info at their web page and everything else is fine.…
Hi all Hotel: it’s fabulous, nothing can beat the hospitality and services. It’s a very large property inside Anahita Rooms: the rooms are all same and the difference is only about the view. Same amenities same quality of service. I think u should take mangrove and if Lucky then can be upgraded to sew view room. Service & Food: delicious breakfast with wide range of fruits, eggs , breads, coffee and etc Hygiene: very clean restaurants, bathroom, public area, surroundings. Special thanks: mr . Amrish front office manager, the housekeeping staff, service manager at the restaurant, for taking care of our requirements. Points to remember: the rooms are without food packages, 1900 MUR FOR BREAKFAST / 83 euros for dinner per person . Or u can order ala carte for lunch and dinner if u don’t take packages. Taxi will charge approx 1200-1900 mur depends on the vehicle from airport, you have to do bargain for same. Nothing is outside the resort. Many water activities are free in the resort . You can take their speedboat to visit their restaurant on near by coast which is nice . try to take room at least with breakfast included Please note taxi service: +230 5839 5223 book through WhatsApp. Very reasonable and good Enjoy your trip.…
This Hotel on the island is the best. We stayed 7 nights in a Ocean view villa. The view from your bed when you wake up is amazing ! The 4 restaurants are delicous every single one. The Breakfast Buffet is great never had so much choice. All the staff is incredible kind and competent. We enjoyed every minute. The spa and the privat Beach are my favourite.
We had an amazing time here on our honeymoon and were absolutely blown away by the level of service, quality of the resort, and food and drink options. The employees remembered our names wherever we want, upgraded our room, and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. It was incredible, and we just became loyal Four Seasons customers for life. I would like to specifically call out Sheil for the warm welcome and overall amazing service (I believe she was responsible for upgrading us as well). She was so warm and friendly. I would also like to thank Hansa at the concierge desk who was so helpful with everything. Also, Avish was so friendly and helpful with the baggage when we first got there. We did a cooking class with Vishal Mulay the Indian chef, and he was so amazing. We had an great time learning and talking with him, and the food was fantastic. Please give him his own Indian restaurant!!! Finally, Vivek and Nishal at the BluZil bar were excellent. There made the perfect drink recommendations and made us feel so cared for and special on our last day.…
