Went to Maitland for tidal bore rafting. Great location. Fantastic view. Good room. Warren provided great suggestions about things to do in the area. Overall, staying at Cresthaven made this a wonderful trip.

We were two couples traveling together and stayed at Cresthaven for one night after spending a couple of days in Cape Breton Island. This is a very unique destination and highly recommended. Warren was a gracious host upon our arrival and gave us all of the local suggestions for our less than 24 hour visit. Every suggestion he made was...

My wife and I got married at Cresthaven by the Sea in August 2015. Although the Yuills had never hosted a wedding on their property before, they handled everything like they had been in the business for years. Warren and Cathrine were always willing to go above and beyond to make our day special. They helped us decorate and gave...

Perched on a rise overlooking the river, Cresthaven by the Sea is a perfect place to view the tidal bore moving upstream from one of the brightly painted Adirondack chairs on the lawn. If you are not sure what a tidal bore is or what it looks like, your host can fill you in with a lifetime of information.

This lovely B & B, built in 1859 for a ship’s captain, overlooks the Shubenacadie River and affords spectacular sunsets as well as a view of the famous tidal bore. Comfortable and colorful lawn chairs, in addition to a hammock, allow guests to relax outdoors (identical miniature chairs grace the bedroom mantel); a large living room provides an additional sitting...

No, I am not a B & B person but this lovely place could convert me. Very spacious, modern, clean rooms. Fabulous front yard ... the Bay of Fundy a few yards from the front porch. Very good breakfast in a very friendly atmosphere. Our host was most helpful and generous with tips and information. Great stay.

Overlooking the Bay of Fundy and the Shubenacadie River, the Cresthaven by the Sea B&B is an outstanding place to stay. Warren welcomed us in an open and friendly manner that exemplified the quality and cleanliness of the house. His garden provided fresh fruit for breakfast along with the full delicious breakfast menu. Warren gave us insight about the area...

I can't think of one negative thing to say about Cresthaven By The Sea. The host family was welcoming but not intrusive. The rooms are beautiful. The view from the front lawn overlooks the Bay of Fundy and there are adirondack chairs for sipping coffee while you watch the Fundy tides.

Very nice room and the host was very helpful. We enjoyed seeing the local sights and the tidal variations. The B&B is on the shore with excellent views. Breakfast was great. If you stay here, eat at Bing's. It's an unexpected, pleasant surprise.
