We stayed overnight in this beautiful resort. The cottages are spacious and comfortable with all amenities. There are rooms avvailable too. WiFi and parking slots are provided. Delicious vegeteraian buffet breakfast and dinner are available.
This is a compact property a few Km's away from the rail head & bus station. Well laid out cottages with a manicured garden at the centre makes it soothing to the eyes amidst the contrasting ochre coloured boulders strewn across the place. The best part...More
If you look for good veg food, this is a place. I suggest to try 'thali' at this place. Manager is quite co- operative & helpful but service is only 'ok' ... I guess it is under staffed. Decent place but I would rate it...More
I chose this after reading reviews from TA. It's located on the Railway station road around 2 kms from Bus stand. It's located opposite to the small rocky hill. Though the surroundings never excite you but the resort is awesome. I got a good deal...More

a. take an auto (share or own) from outside the resort and go to the bus stand. Share auto charges Rs. 10 per person. If you are the type qho seeks a life away from the normal try this. It is fun :) Having your your own auto, is another option.
from the bus stand, take an auto to go the caves. You will find plenty just opposite to the bus stand. I paid Rs. 40 to go to the caves.
b. you can ask the resort management, Mr. Masur or Mr. Narayan to arrange a cab for you. they will tell you the prices.
As for restaurants, the resort serves vegetarian food for lunch and dinner which I found to be delicious as they serve the local specialities. They serve thali for lunch and buffet for dinner. There is a restaurant in Clarks Inn which is on the way to the Caves. I have not tried this though. Another option is Udipi restaurant Banashree which is located diagonal to the bus stand which erves veg food.
Hope this information helps.
