We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at the HGI Itajai. The hotel’s conveniently located near Brava Beach (we walked to it Sunday) and Balneario Camboriu. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and the room was large and comfortable. I really liked the firm mattress and lots of large pillows.

Please be aware that this is not a HILTON hotel, even though it is called Hilton Garden Inn. This is run by a different Company and they will not honor any HHONORS points. Overall the stay was average but there are much better hotels in better locations in the area. If you are a Hilton member or just joined Hilton and value your points DO NOT stay there

This is a very nice hotel but it’s new and the staff seem to be training. It’s conveniently located near Praia Brava and Camboriú. It sits almost on Itajaí’s southern border. It has excellent facilities: an outdoor pool with adjacent bar and an exercise room. The rooms are rather small but functional and the WiFi was dodgy for a Hilton Garden Inn.

Stayed at the hotel for a family trip to Beto Carrero. Great hotel. Friendly staff. A little too far from the park, but when considering the alternatives nearer to the park, I would chose this hotel again. Very comfortable to return to after long days at the park.

Hotel was fine for my business purposes. Installations are quite modern and clean. Service was cordial and efficient (though breakfast staff should be more attentive, informing about alternative egg dishes, for example). Internet service was adequate. Will return.

This is the second time I stayed in the hotel. They have great breakfast, great personal, great services, rooms are clean, nice and comfortable environment. Victor from reservation is definitively one of the best professionals I have seen in hotel business.

I stayed here for three nights in March 2019. The hotel is still very new and was quiet, which was nice. The rooms are good value for the price paid and the hotel facilities are better than you may expect for the price charged and for the chain - there is a full gym and pool with bar. The restaurant was very good for breakfast too. I found the staff to be polite and welcoming. The hotel was a taxi ride from Navagantes airport but the Uber fare was not too bad. It is also a short taxi ride from the centre of the town but again, this is no big deal. It is also well situated for Brava Beach - you can walk in ten minutes where there are also bars and restaurants. This is a good choice and whilst a little distance from the centre of things is still well situated.
