We spent a weekend at the Novotel Itajai before flying from Navegantes. The hotel’s relatively new and has nice facilities. The room’s are large and well designed. Breakfast suffered from powdered eggs but their cappuccino machine made up for this. They have a pool but it may be closed due to COVID-19.

I stayed for three entire weeks, for business. I travel frequently and can say that Novotel is among the best I have stayed at during a business trip, by far. The staff is incredibly nice and eager to accommodate every need, promptly. Breakfast is superb, offering a wide variety of options for many tastes. Novotel is conveniently located in the center, close to the street along the river where you can find many restaurants and a block away from the Mercado de Peixe (local market). The room has all the necessary amenities, it is comfortable. I will definitely stay at Novotel when visiting Itajaí again.

One of the best I have stayed in during business travel and I have stayed in a few. Everything is new and spotless with very helpful staff from reception through to housekeeping. Excellent breakfast with great choice. I have already booked my return.

Hotel is excellent!!! Well located, in Itajai downtown. Personel is attentive and willing to help.always try to surprise me!! Rooms are new and nice. Breakfast is amazing. Restaurant could be opened for lunch as well. Recommended!!

Brand new hotel, located in the best position in Itajaí, just a couple of blocks from via gostronomica and also from the ferry boat. The hotel has a standard novotel experience with great beds, excelente shower and a very nice room decor. The gym has a bike, two thread mills one elliptical and a few dumb bells, there is also a dry sanua and a pool. Breakfast it's served from 6:30 on the restaurant in the lobby. Staff very friendly.
