Took a couple of rooms here on a recent family visit, rooms are clean and nice the double room was quite spacious. Rooms are up several stairs depending on which room you are allocated, so may be an issue if any disabilities. The single room overlooked farmland which was very pretty , the double the front of the building. Garden...

My partner and I stayed here three years ago, and it was a welcome return visit whilst seeing family. Hosts not in when we arrived (had to do some shopping!), but keys at the door when we arrived. The same lovely room as before, really comfortable beds, and we met Sarah at breakfast the next morning. Excellent breakfast, hosts incredibly...

This place is fantastic. Our family booked 3 rooms while on a trip to Wales and we were lucky enough to find Portclew House. Everything was perfect. Large, beautifully appointed rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Lovely hosts. A definite 5 out of 5. We all wished we could have stayed longer but hope to be back some day.

I had originally looked towards booking a surprise mini holiday in Tenby and looked at stopping at the new premier inn but luckily Portclew house popped up on an email from a holiday rental company I have used before. So I booked the coach house for 7 nights - the property consists of a large lounge area and a massive...

Having done a search on the Internet, I found this place had a bed for the night. Online, it advised you could check in until 9pm. I contemplated booking online and decided instead to turn up and book in person. It's a good job I did, as when arrived at 8.30pm on Saturday evening, there was no one around apart...

I am sorry you were unable to stay with us on Saturday night. However we are a small family run guesthouse not a hotel and we do not offer 24 hour reception. Had you made your booking online or contacted us earlier in the day we would have made arrangements for your key collection. As we were not expecting any...
