A short stay of only two nights is enough for me to highly recommend Oxturn House. Barbara is wonderful and the ideal person to have running a guest house. I arrived with an unexpected guest and we were both offered tea and fruit cakes in the lovely lounge over looking the garden. Everything is clean and tidy, and there is...

We stayed at this wonderful place and had a great time,Ian got into trouble for talking to the guests by his wonderful wife but they were a delightful couple and we would highly recommend it for a stay.The local pub is wonderful for a meal and drink.

We stayed in the double en-suite during the August Bank Holiday and it did turn out to be a real find. Barbara and Ian were lovely people and made us feel very welcome to their house. We stayed for three nights at the end of May 2011 and only wish we could have stayed for longer. The house and gardens were beautiful with large twin bedded room and the largest en suite bathroom we have ever stayed in, in this Country. The other bedroom was also a twin room with bathroom. The properietors are lovely people...
