In October of last year, I was at the Bay Hotel for a conference. As per usual I was early and was greeted at the entrance to the conference centre by a couple of staff. They could only be described as "clinically disinterested", in their customers. I was informed that as I was early, there was no chance of me...

On behalf of the hotel I would respond with complete surprise to a review of this nature being posted five months after the event took place. On reviewing our records, we have no log of any attendee at this conference registering anything other than complete satisfaction with the professionalism of the team handling this event. Whilst we always strive to...

My wife and I had booked for lunch and were met by a lovely young man called Michael, who showed us to a window table. On a good day the view would be amazing but even with the cold and rain it was still endearing. His attention and service were excellent and when we received our meals, they were HOT,...

We stayed for a weekend in January, booking a duplex executive suite (sleeps up to 4 people). Beautifully appointed rooms with floor to ceiling windows and a glass gazed balcony looking up and across the river Forth to Edinburgh & the bridges. Room had everything we could want including two flat screen televisions and a very well appointed bathroom. Made...

Visited for lunch with friends. Lovely views across bay. Staff were very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Food was reasonably priced and very well presented.Steak pie was delicious and would definitely recommend. Good choice of tempting deserts, followed by coffee served in jug with milk and mints. A very enjoyable and relaxing lunch in pleasant surroundings with old fashioned courteous service....

We spent two days here as a Xmas treat to each other and thoroughly enjoyed it! We have been here before and knew it is in one of the best situations ever, with fantastic views right across to Edinburgh and with the three Forth bridges to the right. We were so lucky with the weather and were able to go...

I have finally got round to writing a review about this fantastic hotel after we travelled up from England. We arrived without having any knowledge of the local area having had a night out in Kirkcaldy, we arrived back very late. Stewart who was on the reception desk was able to tell us all the places of interest locally especially...

The Bay has been a favourite of our's when visiting friends locally for some time. The executive suites provide fantastic views across the Forth and tbe service on our visit was excellent. I think for longer visits the facilities might be a little dated and the lack of wifi at a reasonable price would frustrate me, but for a stopover...
