We booked on the phone two rooms for two days and were surprised the hotel did not ask for any credit card number, but gave us a reservation number. To be sure we called two days later and our reservation was confirmed by another person. This is not very usual, but as we arrived we did get two rooms overlooking...

We were with a large group on a tour and had stayed at many 'quaint' and some modern hotels. This one stood out as it was very clean and well maintained, even though not fancy. We had only a double bed in our room, but it was comfortable. The management clearly pays attention to maintenance.

The hotel is built around a large patio with grass, a big pool, and little tables to sit at. Try for a room in the back section to be away from the road. The rooms were quite clean and had all the usual toiletries and lots of hot water in the bathroom. TV gets the news in English, that's about...

Hotel Hacienda is a motel type hotel very adequate for a one night stay. Our room and bathroom were clean, the shower had excellent water pressure and the toilet was new and worked perfectly. They provided enough towels and soaps. There was also a coffee maker and bottled water. We only had breakfast (buffet style) and it was adequate, not...

Close to the world heritage prehistoric site of Paquime as well as the pottery of Mata Ortiz. Our small tour group of 10 had rooms facing the courtyard and had dinner and breakfast with wonderful service for our two day stay. The rooms have been renovated and although it is a basic motel, the rooms and bathrooms were clean and...

This was the least appealing hotel during our entire trip. Not sure if there isn't anything better than that in all of Casas Grandes. Really annoying was a group of Christmas party guests coming back to the hotel in the middle of the night wreaking havoc with their noisy behaviour until early morning.

This is not boutique hotel country so if you want that, this is not the area of the world to explore. If all you require is a reasonably priced, clean, quiet room and a hot shower, it is a good choice. Our room, similar to a 1970's Holiday Inn, opened out to large, grassy interior plaza. It felt very safe...

The hotel is conveniently located and spread out. The room was large and the bathroom was one of the better ones we have had on our Mexico journey. Had a fridge which no other hotels along our way had. The staff speaks English which is very helpful. Had no problem getting WIFI. The breakfast was very good. Not a lot...

This hotel is a very comfortable, well-decorated, conveniently situated, and well-maintained establishment located right on the main highway in the city of Casas Grandes. The receptionist can easily call for cabs to the lobby, for travelers wanting to check out the ruins or other nearby attractions. The hotels fees are reasonably priced and the cabs are very affordable. The drink...
