Overall, the place was okay and the food was alright. Just that his boat was less comfortable and old, toilet was a bit away and the transportation bus was old and not very organised. We had overall fine experience but the transportation from the Kinabatangan river to Semporna, additional 250RN for a family of 4 adults and 2 children with...

This home stay offers comfortable double rooms and dorm style rooms with air con. However this operates more like a guesthouse as you will not be invited into their home. Food is basic but they were happy to accommodate us as vegetarians. Shared toilet/shower outside is cold water only and best to shower like the locals and use a bucket...

This was a great homestay, we were picked up at the Sukau junction by our host who drove us to his house. We were 4 people and stayed on the top floor of his house with his family staying on the bottom. We had 2 cruises the first day 1 at 4pm the other at 8pm we saw different types...
