We had a Nice stay in a beautiful hotel. It is situated in a pretty neighbourhood with all kinds of shops and several restaurants. The "Marolles" neighbourhood is in walking distance, which is nice. Helpful friendly staff was always available.

I stayed one night in this hotel close to the white atrium. The place is convenient and the staff was helpful to find a nice restaurant in the neighborhood. The room were quite small (top floor) and strangely arranged. It is more a 3,5 than a 3... the hostel feeling can be nice for vacation but for business trip it...

I often stay in Brussels for work, and have stayed in many hotels. This felt more personal, more home from home and was a nicer work experience than staying in some of the much pricier hotels I have been allocated. Breakfast was good, the hotel was good value and a bar over the road served the best beer and salads...

So firstly, the hotel is a hotel but has a bit of a hostel feel to it. Not because of the rooms or the amenities but the lobby especially and the so called wine bar just has that 'feel'. Hard to describe but it does. We took a high floor room (more expensive) and I strongly recommend that if you...

Dear Customer we like customer's feedback very much. But we do like them when they are fair, and documented. In your case, for the ones who will read this comment, you paid about 80 euro per night to sleep in our brand new "high floor room". You did not benefit from our B&B deal (breakfast for 5 euro), which is...

We stayed at the vintage hotel for 3 nights. The location of the hotel is quite good, it is in the famous shopping zone of Brussels, 2 minutes walk to the metro station. The breakfast is very nice with plenty option of food and drinks. The room is a little small but I think it was enough, wifi was smooth....

This is the second time I've stayed at the hotel and the staff is just as pleasant as the first time! The location is good for catching a train or even a quick walk to other areas. The breakfast is nice but the way the tables are setup are a bit odd. If you are by yourself it's sometimes hard...

On the photos, the hotel looks nice and interesting in value for money but : - lift close to the room ==> noisy all day long - shower curtain (a bit cheap for the price of the room) - bad wifi connexion in the room It's quite bad because the staff was nice and excellent location !

Dear customer, sorry to read about your bad experience. Just wanted to inform the other people reading Trip that you stayed with us during the week right after we finished the complete renovation of the hotel. The lift is brand new and functioning perfectly without noice now. The curtain in the shower was a temporary solution before getting the glass...

Very nice hotel with cozy interior design and room 11 is very quiet. Breakfast is ok but without warm dishes. The personal was very friendly with me . The prices have been identical to my initial booking on internet.

Staff is very friendly. Overall atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel is a bit far from the centre, but the metro station is close. They serve very good coffee for breakfast.

I booked this hotel because of the 70's atmosphere I saw on the pictures and I must admit that the 70's vibe was everywhere when we arrived, beautiful furniture and wallpapers. The staff was very friendly and also spoke french, dutch and english so it was easy to communicate with them. There was a wine bar but we didn't stay...
