I'd rather recommend this place than not. Pros: Extremely friendly owner(s) who apparently live in the same place, but on the ground floor. Very nice, light and cosy design. Very though of navigation and information through all the property: starting with specially printed Urbanrooms maps reflecting most important points in the area, and finishing with absolutely fantastic printed guest guide... Urbanrooms is perfectly placed for many activities with good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Plentiful Metro and bus services are also within a few minutes walk so all of the city can be easily access including mainline railway stations for travel to other parts of Belgium and indeed Europe. Reasonable facilities, decent breakfast all self service as no staff... More

Urbanrooms is within a reasonable walk to the city center and offers a clean space and all that is required for a comfortable night stay and satisfying breakfast. Both the rooms and set-up are, however, exceedingly impersonal.

Located conveniently close to the city centre, Urbanrooms is located in a quiet back street away from traffic. It's completely faff-free self-service - you pay in advance, get a code for the door, and you can pick up your key on the stairs as you go up. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, with a balcony and living room to... More

Good, quiet room in a pretty house with many floors, great location, delicious breakfast. The shower was not properly cleaned after previous guest and there was no hair shampoo available. More plug sockets would be needed for a person on business trip. Heating didn't work but that was not a problem for me because I sleep better in a cool... More

The bed and breakfast is well located with cafés and restaurants nearby. The room was nicely decorated and the bed really comfortable. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. There is no personalised check-in with information being sent by email beforehand and the bill deducted automatically from the credit card provided. This was not a problem but some guests may miss the... More

Although this is not a traditional serviced hotel the check in and service was great, rooms and facilities were fine - more plug sockets would be a bonus, but enough to cover essentials. 5/10 minutes walk to Euro buildings, I'd certainly stay again.

We stayed at the duplex and loved every bit of urban rooms. The location is perfect, we walked everything and never needed to take a tram or metro. The room was spacious, bright and well designed. The WIFI worked excellent, breakfast was fresh and I loved the size of the bath. Urban rooms offered the quality, vibe and service of... More

Marvelous hotel, different from the most in Brussels. Small, aesthetic and cosy. Location is perfect for either attending EU district or just visiting the city. I will definitely come back to Urban Rooms.

Nice hotel, vere spacious, nice concept. Kitchen stock was small. Not much material like glasses, bottle opener, .... no water available to drink. Breakfast was ok, but not much choice. Only cheese, nothing else. When you sleep at the side of the street, there is many noise from outside, but in the other rooms it is nice and quiet.

Thank Sophie L
