It was just a 2 night stay. We arrived quite early (before 11am) and were welcomed by the hotel who advised the room was nearly ready - by the time we'd quickly checked out the facilities it was ready. The room was one of the apartments, and was clean, spacious and had everything we could have wanted. The view from...

This property is in a good location but the rooms are sub standard. A full room renovation is in order. A shabby and damaged bedside table, a cheap mattress with a plastic cover, out dated bathroom showing extreme evidence of wear and tear.

Beautiful location, right on the beach, with surf lifesavers on duty each day. Lovely pool and gardens, but disappointed no BBQ available. Room maintenance, average, mould in the bathroom. Disappointed no daily servicing of rooms. Had the best weather so was at the beach daily, a 2 minute walk away, this was the highlight of the trip. Great resturant at...

While many of the rooms look great and have a view, stay away from the "Hotel" room only. These rooms are so small and poked away in the corner of the resort that you can barely see the ocean, with practically no view at all. The beds were extremely uncomfortable (two singles pushed together with no topper) with sheets that...

I was so surprised at the amenities at the Ramada, for many years we have just driven past, but not any more. For a longer stay I would upgrade to a unit with a kitchen but the hotel room we had was OK for our needs. We hope to return soon

Stayed in a lovely two-bedroom apartment with my Mum for a week-long getaway. Absolutely fabulous! Gorgeous location, beautiful views, and a well-appointed apartment with everything we could need. I was especially impressed with the kindness of the management, who provided a little fan heater for my Mum when she caught a cold and found her bedroom a little chilly. Those...

Stayed in 2014 and they provided us a small room and we're staying for a week.. The room has no kitchen.. It was just a small room. Also this place is in a location that no attractions were within walking distances.. The restranant was great though. Pretty bad that the resort did no have a spa.

We stayed at Ramada Marcoola as an associate room with our Wyndham timeshare. It was our first visit and a special occassion for our daughter's birthday. We arrived early and the staff at reception let us know that we can use the facilities until our room is ready. We went over to the onsite bistro and had some lunch. Check...

Ask for an ocean view-the 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in-view to die for! In a bit of a need of a refurb-small knocks in the plastering and light fittings beginning to rust-nothing that impeded upon our stay though! Would definitely stay again :)
