We are really excited to visit this place and when we reached this location its totally worth, 180 Degree resort best resort in this area, rooms are very clean and comfortable, staff very helpful and service was very good. Food quality was very good.
Awesome view of mountains, Location of 180 Degree Resort was WOW. Sunset was awesome. Value of money Trip. Everything was perfect. Lovely Resort at Kanatal. We will visit again very soon, Thanks to Team 180 Degree Resort.
Highly unprofessional staff as the manager misbehaved with my wife and threatened to get us checked out in the middle of the night. Overpriced food with pathetic quality. Dirty linen, flooring coming off, insects in the room. No free water and a bottle costs Rs.40.
The stay at 180 degree was one of my worst experiences i have had during my holidays. Don't be fooled by the pictures shown on the website. Bad room conditions, flooring coming off, cieling covered with dirty tents, huge spiders inside the room, fragile doors which don't even lock properly. Dirty linen, they won't give you towels, glass and water. Noone will ever pick up the phone at the reception, your mobile won't catch network and they will not give you wifi password. Pathetic and very expensive food. Hospitality at it's worst as the owner threatened me in the middle of the night to have me checked out.
Breathtakingly beautiful views, tranquil, peaceful ambiance and a very friendly staff that takes care of all your needs. Even though the hotel was fully booked the weekend we were there, we didnt feel that it was packed. The spaces are beautifully designed and the cafe romano restaurant has some amazing pizzas, salads and sandwiches. Overall a beautiful property and friendly and helpful staff.
The worst ever experience in my travel saga. We booked this hotel after seeing good reviews and location pics, exactly 2 months before and transferred half amount ie. 2000rs,reminded them in between. When we reached on 30 th evening, the first glimpse itself was not satisfying. A small parking in front of a tin sheeted room,so called dining hall, not having enough lighting and a dull look.As we were over with check in process,we were waiting for the room key. Then the manager told us that they had a group booking of 40 youngsters,so its not safe to stay there with family and they will take us to family suits just 300m ahead. We were not happy and told him that we booked the hotel on account the scenic beauty. Anyhow we decided to move on to the family suit as were tired of long drive.A hotel boy accompanied us and told to stop in front of a localshop.FRIENDS,YOU CAN'T IMAGINE, itwas just a dormitory type setting costing Rs 400-500 near a railway station or bus depo. We lost our temper, Just wanted to slap him at once.My husband talked to the owner, then he was making no of excuses like group booking, shortage of rooms etc. Then they told us that they will reduce the charges. We strongly disagreed and demanded a proper room in a proper hotel where a family can safely stay.As we were adamant in decision, they arranged a room in a hotel 6 km away.after reaching there we were convinced as the hotel looked ok and staff were cooperative.we decided to stay there, again they played a drama, that we should pay the remaining 2000 rs to the current hotel. When we asked the charges, it was only 2500 rs.So we have to pay 1500 extra for nothing. We told them that we aren't going to pay an extra penny. Finally they agreed and we checked into the hotel Truely speaking, stay in the second hotel was a memorable experience with safe stay ,nice staff and good food. SO FRIENDS, NEVER GO FOR 180 DEGREES AS THEY ARE BLOODY CHEATERS,NO HOSPITALITY ETHICS AND ONLY RUNNING BEHIND MONEY.....THIS IS HOW 180 DEGREES TURNED UP AS A TERRIBLE CHEAP AND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.....…
I visited this lovely place last month with my colleagues !! I really liked the service and polite, helpfull staff !! Delivered the best service with our one request. Rooms and garden area is very spacious also everything is very neat and clean !! This place made my trip very special !!
First of all the place location is good but nothing is like resort here. We stayed here for 1 day but feels like the person who manages this place was not quite good to handle his customers . We were not entertained by oyo rates and was over charged Rs3000 for each room even though we checked in late . After much of conversation things came down to Rs.2000 without BF/ dinner . Menu card rates were not being followed and unnecessary charges were been put up stating . For example we ordered a chicken curry for which we end up paying 400 inspite of its printed rate as 350 for full . We wanted to extend our stay for one day just because of the location but the manager here doesn’t feel bothered to reduce the rates and stuck at Rs. 3000 . I guess the oyo has marked this place at Rs.800 but we were quite charged high . I hope this message reached the owner of the place . It was not a good experience and we shifted to the next place hardly 3 km from this named as Blleza inn , dhanagiri . This place we found much much much better…
I stayed at this property with my parents for 3 nights during Holi, 2019. The place is located about 6km from the Club Mahindra resort, towards Chamba. Car can go straight inside the resort and they have parking available as well, which is great for elderly people. The resort has an amazing lawn where seating arrangements are made available. The cottages are all hill and west facing which provides you with amazing view of the landscape and a great sunset. The rooms itself is not much to write home about. Moderately sized with a queen sized bed and a small lcd tv. Bathroom had geyser with running hot water. The rooms however could do with a bit more maintenance. Coming to the staff, i have to mention the amazing hospitality shown by the three staffs there, Rajender, Rajesh and a young boy named Ajay. They made every effort to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Food orders were taken from us and they also catered ro customized requests as much as possible, and were always with a smile. Luckily, there were no other boarders during our stay and hence we got the entire lawn to ourselves, making it an even better stay! To sum up, if you are looking at a quaint holiday away from the hustle and bustle of nature, simple to immerse yourself in the amazing flora and fauna the hilly landscape, give 180 a try and you won't regret it.…
