Azalea resort is an amazingly peaceful holiday destination in New Tehri in Uttarakhand. A well planned property with spacious rooms with neat and clean interiors. The property has good amenities but the best part was their excellence in hospitality. The staff lead by Mr. Vinod has been very courteous and polite at all times, infact Vinod made us so comfortable and always personally attended our queries and needs ensuring the team met (and at times exceeded) our expectations. Food was very delicious indeed and we enjoyed it a lot, though we suggest they should try to bring in some local flavors as well, rather than sticking to the common Paneer and Chicken stuff. Lastly.....I think they should take efforts to promote the location with road side signage, as currently the location and approach is a bit difficult to reach.…

Azalea is an amazing place..The staff is very polite.. It is very peaceful..I travelled with my parents and one year old daughter...they did everything to make our stay comfortable..the rooms were neat and tidy...olso they customized our food according to our needs...

I have been to Azalea in April 23 and I must say that it was one of my most memorable stay. The place was quite along with all the necessary amenities. Rooms were big along with a nice garden in the backyard but the best part is their hospitality. Special thanks to Vinod who is our during our stay. He was been their all the time whenever required.

Azelea is a nice place to visit, away from crowded place. A calm , decent place, architecture- interiors as well as exteriors to its best. Staff specially Vinod is nice guy taking care of your all requirements and food so homely and delicious. This place can be fun filled if you plan it in groups. Owner too is very nice and understanding.

Azalea is nestled away in Tehri Garhwal in a very special location. It overlooks the Bhagirathi and the valley across it with stunning views of Himalayan peaks beyond. The best part is that these sights can be enjoyed from the rooms and a variety of outdoor spaces. There is a place for every need and mood! The rooms bright and airy and extraordinarily spacious. Needless to say they are also well maintained.. The pantry is added luxury! The rooms with the attic are best for families with children, but I think everyone can enjoy a cozy afternoon with the lovely view and maybe a good read! The service is impeccable and the staff is very helpful and courteous. Azalea should be on the list of anyone looking for a quiet peaceful stay in the hills and yet not miss the amenities of city life.…

The location of the resort is great if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. Rooms were spacious, well lit and designed tastefully. There was lots of open space to sit out and walk around. The view of the snow capped mountains and the Bhagirathi was superb. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious too. The best part is that the property is pet friendly. Azalea has been a great find, I would definitely go back.

Wonderful property, very quiet, peaceful and secluded. We stayed in one of the duplex rooms, very spacious and had great views of the mountains, river and the dam. The rooms were clean, tastefully done and well appointed. The property has wonderful landscaping done with gardens and sit out areas. The service was great, the team took care of our every request and organised taxis when needed. The food was good too! Would definitely come back again when in Tehri - this is a beautiful place!
