The owner Mr Gautam was very pleasant and upgraded us to a higher room level. The Resort had good views and we had a private balcony. The resort is in two parts – a older and a newer wing and we were in the new wing. They were a distance away and the restaurant was in older wing. But food was served to room and they provided customised service. The rooms were well maintained and everything, for once on this trip, worked perfectly. I was impressed that the geyser had its own RCD. Even the normal rooms in the new wing were quite large. The resort has a large banquet facility and would be a good place for holding conferences and weddings. It was relatively close to Surkanda Devi temple – which now has a ropeway making it easier to visit. It is a great place to relax and unwind with wonderful views.…

Stay for 3 night. Most comfortable stay. Amazing valley view from every room. Food was delicious. Staff was very cooperative and supporting. We felt as we are at our home. Best is every floor has Computer with Wi-Fi and free wi-fi in every room. Mr Ashok Ji incharge of property is gem of person ,Very cooperative and helpful. Hotel is well located and surrounded with natural Beauty. In true sense it's a resorts having orchard ,garden,kids zone.everything for every age group.

Breathtaking! It's the most famous resort in all of Chamba-Tehri and we found out why. Has an astounding downhill view and huge campus with gym, open terrace area, playing area, terrace dining and much more. Rooms are spacious and food is also great(something you don't usually get at hotels/resorts) . There's a temple nearby you can walk to with a short 3-4 kms hike and the morning view from the resort itself is something you cannot miss out. Ambiance: 9/10 Food: 8/10 Amenities: 8/10

My visit to tehri was made memorable by the lavish and beautifully maintained property TCR and very well behaved staff ,may it be house keeping by Mohan,room service by Jagveer & vinod. Here the front office needs a special mention efficiently managed by negi jee and Mr. Ashok saluja who personally left no stone unturned to make my visit to the great tehri dam,it was because of his very personal efforts that I could see the mighty dam structure from inside. Tehri is very silent and very picturesque,away from the hustle bustle of Delhi. If I get a chance,I will definitely visit this place and property again. My sincere regards to Mr. Ashok saluja again.

It's a good hotel to stay in Tehri. rooms are good and spacious. You can see snow laden peaks in Himalayan range from room. Staff is mostly local and courteous but lacks professionalism. Food is average. Few rooms are under renovation so avoid room close to those. If you are traveling from Rishikesh, almost 50 km road is really bad being under construction.

Anyone brought up in the Indian Government services family will be instantly transported back in time. The rooms are homely and grand at the same time. The view and natural light make the rooms a cozy haven. It’s got everything to keep you occupied and the kitchen serves some amazing food. The staff is sharp and attentive and make the stay a great experience!
