We were in town for a wedding. Quick and easy check in/out. The location was convenient. Restaurant has lots of variety and affordable pricing. Zaiyan (sorry if it’s spelled wrong) served us supper on our first night, and breakfast before heading home. He even asked us how the wedding went. Very good customer service. We asked Jade, another server, to tell him we enjoyed his service and she was equally as kind and excited about the feedback. The staff seem to work well as a team and that is excellent to see, as a retired server myself. Between the food and the staff, we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Staff at front desk very polite. Unfortunately put on room 201 at the farthest end of the hall. Window looked into storage area. .Dark amd dim. Room was clean but very dated. The rate was low which it has to be. Bed was very tired. Room was clean.

I stayed here for a conference. Front staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Hotel is older but has held up reasonably well. Pool is ok, hot tub wasn't working too well, has meeting facilities around the pool and other larger meeting rooms. Close to shopping and other restaurants, bar seems to be pretty popular. I like the Canalta, but if you want to save a few bucks and have the restaurant and bar, Bella Vista is a good option when in Humboldt.

Ok we stayed here and visited family.

This place is Sparkling !!!!! They had a rail crew here and even after they came through everything is 100 % clean.

The restaurant is priced very economical, plus there is GLUTEN FREE a options.

The staff is friendly courteous and respectful.

A must stay

When you reserve and get your confirmation number, make sure you get an email to confirm that. Even then, call back within 24 hours to double check. Otherwise you might be out in the cold.

The rate reflects the quality status of the hotel. You want a nice hotel, pay the extra 40$ and drive 60 seconds down the street.

Otherwise, buyer beware

We were here for a work conference and I must say this place should be shut down or at lest gutted and fixed up.

When you walk in you feel like you're walking into a dungeon. The smell was old and of old cigarette smoke. We did r stay here but I felt horrible for the people that did.

Conference room was dingy and had no natural light.

Food was served to us beside the pool which I thought was gross. Maybe some guests may have wanted to swim. Even then I would have been scared of getting planters warts. The smell of chlorine was very strong while eating.

Food was awful. Had terrible stomach pains and was in the bathroom a lot. Lunch first day was potato salad (disgusting) soup which was good, wraps were ok. Supper was meh. Bland and boring. We had breakfast at the Canalta in fear of it being gross. Lunch today was pizza and salad. The pizza was burnt and rock hard. Hardly edible. Salad was meh.

All in all the managers should be ashamed of themselves for this hotel. Fix it up. I will never stay or attend anything there again.

This hotel had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I found a pair of dirty socks in the corner of the room from a previous tenant. Room was not very clean. There were about 15 boys playing hockey in our hallway until about midnight which kept my kids awake. Random knocking on our door and rattling of the door handle. I did not feel safe. The outside door was not locked at night either. Anyone could come and go when they pleased without going through the lobby. The owner/ manager was extremely rude when I voiced my concerns. As a travel agent with 12 years of experience I would rate this under a 2 star rating. I would never subject anyone to staying here when there are comparable hotel rates for much much nicer accommodations very nearby. I would use this hotel only as a very last resort and would sleep in my car before staying here ever again.

Booked on booking.com and was given a higher rate at check in. Poorly decorated., very tiny room. Very poor lighting. Tiny hallways. No continental breakfast. Food in lounge was good, however, food took a long time to come.

Clean, but dingy. No coffee pot or even a tea kettle. No elevator. No hangers. No hanger behind the bathroom door. Pool view is better than street view, I'm sure. Pool looks like it is decently maintained. Budget hotel; likely well supported. Not my style, but appreciate the effort.
