We chose Le Mas L'Amandier because we were doing a bicycle loop and this location provided a good place for bike pick-up and avoided the Avignon traffic. A good decision. You can catch a bus to Avignon just around the corner for less than two euro. Philippe and his parents were excellent hosts. The grounds were very comfortable and private.... More

We spent 2 nights here while we were visiting the Provence area. We were in room 1 which was a very nice size, it had a great walk in shower. They had a lovely pool which we appreciated every afternoon when we returned for the day. There was a small fridge on the patio for our personal use. There was... More

What a lovely place to use as a base for touring the glorious villages of Provence. Phillipe and his family are the perfect hosts. So friendly and helpful with advice on days out. One thing we came to realise was that even though the villages are quite close in distance, it takes a while to go from one to another.... More

This is a simple, spotlessly-clean establishment. The owners (pere, mere et fils) welcomed us most warmly. Our room had everything we needed, including a refrigerator on the patio. No TV. Wi-fi was good. The garden is lovely and beautifully kept. Breakfast (included in the very fair price) was eaten slowly, because it was so good and served in the open... More

We chose to stay in this hotel initially because of its location - near a road in a spot where day trips to various points in Provence were easy - Avignon, St Remy, Arles, Aix-en-P, Nimes, etc. We stayed here 5 nights and absolutely loved this hotel. Gorgeous property, very comfortable very clean rooms, excellent service all around, great swimming... More

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights as we had a wedding in the nearby blance du fleur. The rooms were great, large and clean with comfortable beds. The large bathroom had 2 basins and great shower. The toilet is separate. We stayed in room 4 which had a terrace with table and chairs. The hosts were fantastic and... More

We stayed at this B&B for 6 nights with friends and it was a very good experience. The rooms were very clean and quiet, and the breakfasts were quite good as well. We didn't realize that in addition to the cold items on the breakfast buffet, Nadine (the owner's mother) would prepare eggs to order. We only realized this when,... More

This is an excellent chambre d'hote near to Avignon and a perfect base for exploring the surrounding areas. Philippe and his parents provide a welcoming atmosphere and are the most perfect kind and generous hosts. Breakfast is a home made treat with delicious home made jams, crepes, breads and cakes and fresh orange juice / tea / coffee and chocolat.... More

We stopped here as we were at a wedding round the corner at Blanche Fleur. We had an enjoyable stay which was made all the more so by Philippe and family - truly fantastic hosts. Always happy and incredibly hospitable. In particular Philippe's dad, we speak very little french and him little english but we'd always have conversation. One day... More

Philippe and family are very kind hosts and we enjoyed a lovely 4 night stay with them in September 2012. Located in a small and quiet town, a short drive to Avignon/Nimes/Arles/Camargue/etc, this was a great place to be based while we explored Bouches-du-Rhone and the Vaucluse. Highlights: - Sparkling clean and well-maintained. The place is spotless, not a speck... More
