Friendly staff make us feel welcomed and well taken care of. We booked two rooms for 5 persons. They gave us one large and one small room, side by side. We stayed for one night. The caretaker was an English speaking Japanese lady who had attended to all our needs from serving meals, setting futon (Japanese style bed), and carrying... More

Dear Notcreativeenough, Thank you for visiting Ginsuiso. We are glad that you had great stay at our hotel. We hope you enjoyed "Omotenashi", which means Japanese hospitality. However, I feel sorry about wifi signal and facilities. We have sister hotel in East Izu, Dogashima. You can see beautiful sunset in winter seasons. If you have any chance to visit, we... More

If you plan on staying at this hotel, I would recommend staying in the Royal Suite because having your own ofuro (onsen) on your balcony overlooking the ocean is the way to go. You won't have to deal with going to the 2nd floor to take a bath with all the other guests, you can relax in your own bath... More

The meals were banquet style for our group in our own function room. The food, room and service were all exceptional. There was a family in our group with a 3month... More
