This hotel have the most beautiful view. Onsen is very nice. But rooms are very old, furniture is old, and the worst thing is it has smell of cigarette every floor and in most room. restaurant has great variety of food but not all taste that good

Impressive front lobby, not so impressive rooms. Stayed there one night with family, found the traditional tatami room that we were given pretty old & run down. However the rest of the facilities of the hotel are quite impressive. Thoroughly enjoyed the large, clean and modern onsen which had great view of the lake. The outdoor bath overlooking the lake and...

I can't believe this is the #1 hotel for this area. The best part of this hotel is lobby. Beyond that everything bad that's been said about this hotel is true. The rooms are poorly maintained. Don't even think about getting a family room. It is like the getting the old fat Elvis bad. For such a large hotel, the...

the hotel room and dining area offers a great view of Lake Toya. the onsen is clean and spacious and also has a good view of the lake. there is live performances at the hotel lobby and the fireworks is a big plus here. however, the room numbering system can be improved as it took us a while to locate...

My room rates inclusive of dinner and breakfast, both meals are buffet style with a wide variety. Think it's value for money. The swimming pools are great for kids. Rooms are a bit old although the lobby area looks new and modern. Think they should renovate the rooms and toilets.

The exterior and the lobby of the hotel looks good, but beyond that the hotel is showing its age. The hotel lift for one is narrow and slow. Those traveling in group will find it difficult to squeeze in. The room is spacious and with good view of the lake but the sofa clearly needs to be changed. The room...

We came here for the water world. That is a little disappointed. It's smaller than I expected. We were having fun disregard the size of the pool. The hot spring was good. There is an arcade for kids, a dog show at dinner time, and fireworks at night. Keep us busy for a day. Buffet breakfast and dinner were served....

Our room was clean and spacious and that is important in a tatami room since you have to stand up from the floor. The onsen was fabulous. The breakfast buffet was great. The view of the lake was outstanding and the grounds are beautiful and a wonderful place to take photos of yourselves and friends.

Enjoy the food spread, nice seafood. A really good onsen, enjoy the outdoor onsen while enjoy the chilled air. Firework was not bad and it was just outside the hotel. Although the room was a bit aged, but overall was good. It was quite a nice stay if you looking for good onsen experience with a nice variety of food...

Loved the traditional Japanese room in a new, modern hotel. We enjoyed sleeping on the tatami mat & lounged around in ukata. It has the luxuries of a 5* hotel, including wonderful buffet meals. The onsen was the best during our Hokkaido tour. Imagine soaking in a hot infinity pool with amazing water views! What a treat!!!
