My daughter's family and I booked two rooms.
Deluxe hotel building, suite with 4 beds.
I called the day before to ask for my daughter's family's beds to be moved closer.
When we changed the check-in time during that conversation,
the hotel staff said they would record that we were the same family group,
so it was helpful that our rooms were next to each other.
I stayed for two nights, and on the second night, we had Japanese food at BBQ Blue on the 12th floor of the annex, and on the third night, we left early in the morning, so we had Italian food at orange on the first floor of the hotel building.
②7:40, wait time about 30 minutes blue
③7:00, no wait time. orange
Both restaurants have a wide variety of food, and when the food runs low, the staff will replenish it. You can also enjoy Okinawan cuisine. The hotel staff also greeted me right away, so I had a pleasant stay at the hotel.
I saw a lot of families with children at this hotel, so I can see why everyone chooses it. I chose my trip to Okinawa because of the pool and ocean view, and I'm glad I chose this hotel.

Breakfast is a choice between Okinawan and Western cuisine.
If you are going to have Okinawan Agu pork shabu-shabu as your main dish, I would like the quality of the Agu pork to be improved. I feel like the quality of the Agu pork is diminished.

The selection is not extensive, and the drink tanks are small and almost empty.
They are unable to clear away the dishes after meals, so naturally refills are slow.
The reception of visitors is also poor; there should be someone on duty at the reception desk and visitors should be properly handed out number tags in order of arrival.
I don't think I have ever been made to wait so long and stayed in a hotel with such an unsatisfactory selection.

Starting with the highlights the beach is absolutely stunning and we loved the candlelit sunset. The pools are beautiful and well kept and the free cocktails were a fantastic bonus. Perhaps a slightly weird thing to say but all of the shared areas smell incredible.
We stayed in a quadruple condo and it was really well equipped, large and clean with a sea view. The shower was powerful and a/c worked well. The negatives were that although the bedding was high quality and sumptuous, the beds themselves were really uncomfortable. I’ve never had a soft mattress in a hotel in Japan until now and they made a terrible noise each time you moved. The WiFi was also very slow.
We found it hard to understand which residents were open when, and also how the menus worked despite there being English translations so did not eat in them, we did have a takeaway dinner from the deli though and the truffle fries and roast beef were exquisite!
I stayed in the condo building this time, but the reception was the worst from the time I checked in.
When I arrived, there was one man standing at the front desk with no sign of carrying his luggage, no greeting.
Where is the check-in time? Sometimes it's crowded, so I'm told to wait and not invited back. I finally got to check in with us again. (You forgot, didn't you?) It's like that.)
We carried a lot of stuff to our rooms ourselves.
Even though they were in line at the Check-out, they didn't mind giving priority to customers who came later.
If you can't do it alone, why not put more people?
Even if it claims to be a luxury Resort, I want staff education to be more solid.
If you feel uncomfortable when you check out, then I thought that even the best hotels would be the next one.
The rooms are large, the location is good, and there are plenty of support items, but I'm going to try a different hotel next time.
We had a set menu, and each dish was delicious. The dessert was also good.
I was happy with the atmosphere of the hotel and the staff who talked to me.
The Christmas tree and illuminations were also nice.
I'd like to stay here again!!
I went late and couldn't see it, but looking at Instagram, it seems like the sunset was beautiful.
It would be nice to have a meal while watching the sunset.

I come to Okinawa to work at the university nearby this hotel and it’s very easy to commute to.
Some suggestions: since I stayed there for 10 days, I would have like to see some different items on the breakfast and lunch menu. Eating the same salads for 10 days consecutively was a bit tiresome. Quality of food is great, but different options would also be wonderful.
I am gluten intolerant so if you offer gluten free pasta or gluten free bread or cereal option at your restaurant would be ideal. I tried your cornflakes thinking it was 100% GF but it wasn’t the case and I had a reaction. My fault for not check long with staff but would be great if you offered some gluten free options for my next stay🙏🏼
I always like to keep my mind fresh when I travel for work and one thing I like to do is to sweat in the mornings. Would be great if you could upgrade your gym equipment. Your treadmill looks. But tired.
Other than that, overall an excellent experience! Thank you! I will be back again!
