From Onna Village and Naha, turn right at the intersection of Afuso and you will see the hotel immediately.
On the approach to the entrance, natural Okinawan flowers and plants grow thick,
raising your expectations for the resort. When you arrive at the entrance, a dedicated staff member will greet you and you will be given a welcome drink and the check-in procedure will begin.
A private buggy will take you to the tower of your room. When you enter the room, there is a spacious living space, a bathroom space, and a large bed, so you can stay there comfortably.
So far it seems good, but in recent years, the deterioration of various parts has been too severe.
Normally, it would be necessary to fully renovate it, but do the staff and management not notice it? Or do they still think it can be done?
There are few power sources, the wifi is weak, the TV is old, and the curtains are also very deteriorated.
On top of that, although it was an adults-only resort, there are moves to allow children,
and with this, I can't bring myself to visit again.
I'd like to hear Terrace Hotels' opinion on this.

After spending more than a hour trying to fix our problem, the hotel wait staff treated us like we couldn't read and made us sit down to read the remainder of the rules. They insisted on walking us to the room and showing us every feature. The problem was at that point-- I was already frustrated with the wait staff and just wanted to be left alone. They didn't seem to get the message from my body language to simply leave us alone.
The hotel room was nice. The view of the ocean from our room was beautiful. The room was large for Japan but only a little bigger than a room at the Marriott with a couch in the US. There was a western toilet and nice shower as well. The Wi Fi didn't work well in the room--- so I couldn't really get on the internet. All of this being said-- for the cost, I have stayed equally nice places with beach views for $200 a night in Thailand (and that place had its own hot tub with the room), $100 a night in Vietnam and about $200 a night in the United States. The hotel was beautiful and the pool and gardens were beautiful. The restaurant at the hotel was crazy expensive- $200/person for a meal. So we ended up going out for dinner. The hotel staff wouldn't let us go out for dinner without spending 20 minutes going over our options in the area. I didn't ask for help on picking out a place to eat and was annoyed that it was forced upon us. The gesture was nice but I didn't ask for help and didn't want it.
Overall, I couldn't really shake my initial encounter for the wait staff and relax at the hotel. I wish I could say nicer things about the hotel-- because it is really beautiful and I wanted to really enjoy it. I wanted the place to be awesome given the price, but it was a poor experience overall. I would not recommend this hotel.
Water from the rainshower head is weak. The alternative hand held shower head is fixed really low and close to the wall. You can imagine the rest for a shower..unpleasant! Hair dryer is heavy but weak. On a bright side, it's a weight lifting exercise.
What really appalling however is service, something an out of touch 5-star hotel could only offer. Finding a soiled garbage bag left on the counter top was the first I've experienced in any japanese or Asian hotels stayed. This is absolutely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.
Food...not that special for a decent Japanese hotel but definitely not the top, not even in okinawa standard.
Disappointing.

小巧奢華的度假旅館,很好的服務,精緻的餐點
每天傍晚有免費的酒類飲料,也可搭免費接駁至名護的同集團海濱旅館享受設施,不同於其他家庭式旅遊的一個好地方
Quiet environment for relax. Every rooms have nice see view, service and food both are good. It’s a small luxurious hotel for adults. Every evening, you can enjoy free champagne or beer at hotel; if you want to relax on the beach, you can take free shuttle bus to Busana Terrace beach hotel. it really gave me a wonderful vacation.
