I have been meaning to write a review for the Atta Terrance Club Towers, because we were hesitant to book due to a lack of recent reviews. I’m here to tell you not to hesitate! We stayed for 2 nights during our honeymoon and had such a wonderful stay. The room was very nice, as were the hotel grounds - I wish we had realized how large their garden was and spent more time there, it was incredible. We enjoyed the evening snacks and cocktail hour, and the breakfast was excellent. Shout out to Yara who was so friendly and kind, and spoke excellent English! We enjoyed seeing him at meal times and getting to know him. The rest of the staff were all so kind and accommodating as well. The infinity pool is gorgeous – and so relaxing, although the cicadas were loud at the time of our visit in October. They don’t have a direct beach, but will give you access to their sister hotel a few minutes away. Since we had rented a car this was no problem for us and worked out great. Would love to come back again one day!

My wife and I stayed there one night last week after one night stay in Busena terrace which is brother hotel of Atta. Afternoon tea time in the garden was perfect in terms of surroundings and weather which gave us a peaceful moment of lifetime. Evening cocktail time was another fun. Foods were modest but fresh and satisfactory. Bedroom was great and we could see not only blue ocean but also green plants in the garden. The only thing I hate is the high price.!!

This hotel is the best get away for solo adult travellers or couple, it is lavish and very very maintained. The staff that work here are also very nice to all and they always go the extra mile. The facilities are so good here that you would happily be able to stay here and destress for the whole day.

I have been to Giatta Terrace every year for the past 15 years, and in some years I have been there twice a year, so I am quite a repeat customer.
From Onna Village and Naha, turn right at the intersection of Afuso and you will see the hotel immediately.
On the approach to the entrance, natural Okinawan flowers and plants grow thick,
raising your expectations for the resort. When you arrive at the entrance, a dedicated staff member will greet you and you will be given a welcome drink and the check-in procedure will begin.
A private buggy will take you to the tower of your room. When you enter the room, there is a spacious living space, a bathroom space, and a large bed, so you can stay there comfortably.
So far it seems good, but in recent years, the deterioration of various parts has been too severe.
Normally, it would be necessary to fully renovate it, but do the staff and management not notice it? Or do they still think it can be done?
There are few power sources, the wifi is weak, the TV is old, and the curtains are also very deteriorated.
On top of that, although it was an adults-only resort, there are moves to allow children,
and with this, I can't bring myself to visit again.
I'd like to hear Terrace Hotels' opinion on this.

I went to this hotel in early August with two of my friends. We bought the hotel room for a slightly cheaper price on hotels.com than advertised on their website. The website on hotels.com didn't specify limiting the number of room occupants to two though. So when we arrived at the hotel, we learned that one of my friends couldn't stay in the room even though it had two beds and a couch. (plenty of room for the entire group) and we had paid over $600 a night for the one room. We spent > 1 hour trying to fix this problem. The manager came in to help. The manager and the hotel staff only spoke limited english. Instead of letting us pay extra to have an additional person stay in the same room, the only solution the hotel could come up with was to have the extra person rent their own room on a different floor of the hotel for over $450 a night. I was unimpressed with their ability to solve problems on their feet and come up with a more reasonable solution. They made it seem like we were getting a steal--When in fact, they were isolating our friend. I understand that we were misinformed and we made a mistake in bringing a 3rd person. They basically told us all rooms were limited to two people. I would highly recommend that families avoid this hotel due to this fact. We will be more careful in the future and go to the hotel's main site to read the stipulations. Like many of the hotels in Japan, they essentially charge per person to stay in a hotel room. Our friend did not end up staying the night. She drove home.

After spending more than a hour trying to fix our problem, the hotel wait staff treated us like we couldn't read and made us sit down to read the remainder of the rules. They insisted on walking us to the room and showing us every feature. The problem was at that point-- I was already frustrated with the wait staff and just wanted to be left alone. They didn't seem to get the message from my body language to simply leave us alone.

The hotel room was nice. The view of the ocean from our room was beautiful. The room was large for Japan but only a little bigger than a room at the Marriott with a couch in the US. There was a western toilet and nice shower as well. The Wi Fi didn't work well in the room--- so I couldn't really get on the internet. All of this being said-- for the cost, I have stayed equally nice places with beach views for $200 a night in Thailand (and that place had its own hot tub with the room), $100 a night in Vietnam and about $200 a night in the United States. The hotel was beautiful and the pool and gardens were beautiful. The restaurant at the hotel was crazy expensive- $200/person for a meal. So we ended up going out for dinner. The hotel staff wouldn't let us go out for dinner without spending 20 minutes going over our options in the area. I didn't ask for help on picking out a place to eat and was annoyed that it was forced upon us. The gesture was nice but I didn't ask for help and didn't want it.

Overall, I couldn't really shake my initial encounter for the wait staff and relax at the hotel. I wish I could say nicer things about the hotel-- because it is really beautiful and I wanted to really enjoy it. I wanted the place to be awesome given the price, but it was a poor experience overall. I would not recommend this hotel.

Okay, room is spacious but for ¥65k a night deluxe room, where are WiFi, power plugs, strong shower head and strong hair dryer? No place to recharge phone, ipad, camera except running back and forth to use the plugs in bathroom which are for hair dryer and shaver. If you don't have mobile data roaming in japan, you are out of luck and out of touch here.

Water from the rainshower head is weak. The alternative hand held shower head is fixed really low and close to the wall. You can imagine the rest for a shower..unpleasant! Hair dryer is heavy but weak. On a bright side, it's a weight lifting exercise.

What really appalling however is service, something an out of touch 5-star hotel could only offer. Finding a soiled garbage bag left on the counter top was the first I've experienced in any japanese or Asian hotels stayed. This is absolutely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.

Food...not that special for a decent Japanese hotel but definitely not the top, not even in okinawa standard.

Disappointing.

This hotel is extremely dirty. Found huge spider web on the ceiling in my room. This was absolutely disgusting. Hotel staff came and tried to solve the problem by using bare hands... Shocking. Note that they charge over £300 per night. This is absolutely unacceptable. Total SCAM. Stay away from this hotel!

小巧奢華的度假旅館,很好的服務,精緻的餐點

Quiet environment for relax. Every rooms have nice see view, service and food both are good. It’s a small luxurious hotel for adults. Every evening, you can enjoy free champagne or beer at hotel; if you want to relax on the beach, you can take free shuttle bus to Busana Terrace beach hotel. it really gave me a wonderful vacation.

Where to start.. When arriving at this hotel they immediately take care of your luggage and your car. They welcome you with a tasty welcome drink and explain the hotel premises. From this point on, you’re covered by awesome and very attentive staff. If you’re looking for a perfect place to relax a few days while being in Japan, this is your spot. If you’re looking for a crowded spot with a lot of activities, stay somewhere else. Make sure you’re attending the complimentary cocktail hour with champagne, cocktails and appetizers, it’s a perfect start before dinner. Food-wise you’ll not be disappointed, neither at breakfast nor at tea-time, cocktail hour or dinner. Overall I can only recommend that place. It’s definitely not cheap, but absolutely worth it. They made our honeymoon stay an absolutely memorable lifetime event.

Truely amazing hotel. Beautiful rooms and well maintained. Really excellent service from every staff. I am very impressed indeed. You will not regret your choice here. Just one reminder, if you wanna use the beach, you need to take the free shuttle or drive there at the Busena Terrace Hotel.

私も探したのですが、見つかりませんでした。 電話で話ししたので問題ないですが、夜は繋がりませんね。 ホテルでも地域柄からか、ネットが不安定だったので、メールは不安要素がありますからそうしているのかも知れません。
