Nozawaya is a small ryokan and can be a bit forbidding for non Japanese speakers at first. But it is worth trying. People there are very nice and always ready to help. Rooms are spacious Japanese style with comfortable futtons. The food really adds to the experience here with excellent kaiseki diners and Japanese breakfast. Definitely recommended !
