    Hi there, we're considering staying at Sierra but I just wondered if you can walk into the village of Hakuba to get dinner or if it really is only accessible by bus? If you can walk, do you know how far it would be - a good 10 or 15 mins? Thank you so much,
    Thank you very much for your interest in our resort! Unfortunately, its not walkable distance to the central of village, so you need to take our shuttle bus to get dinner. It takes about 10-15 minutes by bus. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Are you allowed to wear bathers in the Onsens?

    Hi , My partner &I am staying at Sierra in February 2017. I just had a question about Ski passes , Snow Monkey Tour and Snowboard rental gear. Should we pre book these or are we able to book them through the hotel when we arrive ?
    Hello, We have snowboard rental shop in our hotel. You are able to do that when you check in. Booking Snow monkey tour is also available then, But it is very busy, so we would recommend you to book the tour in advance.

    Hi I am looking at staying at Sierra Resort Hakuba in feb 2017, after being highly recommended by a friend. Just wondering in regards to ski equipment does the resort offer any to hire or is it hired from ski shops in the town? if so is the pricing similar to that of a ski shop? I am so excited! Thanks!
    Small ski rental shop at hotel has enough kit, if a bit standard, all good quality and reasonable - if in doubt ask their Staff (this is a good general rule at Sierra Resort!) There are other outlets e.g. near Happo-one, of Rhythm Snowsports (big outlet) near Hakuba Moninoki Hotel, or there's a local one in Tsugaike: loads of choices.

    "Rooms nearer to lobby should be quieter, away from the table hockey table. :)"
    "Woods view or (I had the main area and saw the children playing in the snow and was beautiful) avoid being closer to the stairs."
    "Rooms are basic and wood for log fire will cost you an extra 1000 Yen per day for them to light and look after."
    "We lived in room 307 and it was a very short walk to the onsen baths. I am guessing getting any room numbered 3xx would be close by."
    "Choose rooms that are radiantly heated with in the floor hot water and could be augmented with hot force air."
