The hotel is a little old - and the room we had was a bit tired. It was fantastically warm though given the huge piles of snow outside. Loved the little fire in reception and the big one in the bar. The bar was shut at 10...and there are vending machines with beer for those who want to carry on...dead...

The Mominoki hotel was a great choice to stay with during our visit to Hakuba. While the room is small it was more than enough for us including our suitcases and snow gear. The beds and sheets were extremely comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Make sure you try the onsen and have a meal at Izakaya...

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are large (standard room) with comfortable beds and great facilities. The bathrooms are what you will find in a lot of more traditional style japanese places which are great for retaining the warmth. The restaurant has allergy cards with each name tag which is great for coeliacs/gluten free as well as other allergies. I...

Ski rental is just available onsite and the kokusai slope is 5 mins walk away only! Fantastic location and great service. Limited dining options and would help if breakfast has more variety each day. Rooms are small but reasonable for japanese standard. Great lounge with happy hour drinks and nice after ski bar! Free shuttle service is a plus and...

This Hotel is a walk to the slopes, next door to Rhythm Sports - Rental Equipment hire/shop and lots of great restaurants. This is our second time to Hakuba, first time to Mominoki. We loved the location. We love the facilities and...

Our breakfast was a pleasure and were first class. With a fantastic array of Japanese and European dishes to choose from. We experienced the same in the...

A really nice Hotel, great food, Onsen is awsome. The staff are very helpful and lovely. Ski fields are very close by to walk or shuttle stops out the front. There is a little pub next to the hotel with good food and great beer. Highly recommended.

Amazing! A bit pricey but very worth it! The Japanese and western food buffet is to die for! Chicken soup was my favourite oh and the White chocolate fondue. Yummy The Onsen amazing there is an outdoor and indoor Onsen. I'd recommend trying the little face, hands and foot moisturiser. I loved everything about this place. My partner and I...

I cannot speak highly enough of this Motel. It is not the flashest accommodation I have ever stayed in but it was just full of character, beautiful people, a great Onsen and it fitted is just like a warm ski glove.

We had a 4 day family holiday and found Mominoki Hotel a great place to stay. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite good for Japan and clean. The proximity to Happo-one is great, a short 6-7 min walk and you are there. Buses out the front can also take you to other mountains. Onsen is fantastic after...
