I was upgraded to this lodge after their sister lodge was taken over for a school group. The staff kept in close contact with me as I struggled to get out of Tokyo after a meeting and made sure I arrived and picked me up from the nearby bus terminal. I spent a very pleasant 4 nights here. With a...

Stayed at forest chalet for 6 nights with 6 friends in Jan and loved the experience. Huge house with a quirky décor that was very comfortable and warm, only criticism of the house is that the WIFI was rather average. The team at Morino lodge were friendly however once we moved into the house were less than helpful, an example...

We stayed in forest chalet which was in echo land for 6 nights. Accommodation: It was definitely an interesting insight into a Japanese house, a weird layout and weirder furniture etc. I didn't actually have any problems with the place it was just strange. Cozy is probably the best way to put it. Well equipped with an industrial style kitchen,...

We had a two night stay at the Serenity chalet and we can't wait to go back! There were 10 people in our group and we had plenty of space. The chalet was immaculate, toasty warm and a real home from home - we wanted to move in! Three bathrooms, a spacious living-dining area and the best equipped kitchen I've...

I didn't stay here but came in a few times for their enticing pizza menu. I was greeted with very friendly service from all of the staff and they have a great beverage selection! It was a nice place to just hang out, keep warm and meet new people. I would definitely recommend staying here or even just visiting if...

Our second time to Hakuba and using the Morino lodge chalets. We had a party of 8 and the Chalet was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out and find your own personal space. Clean, neat and well equipped. Location was A1. near the lifts and near Hakuba township. But the icing on the cake was Pat and his team,...

The Morino Lodge was a fantastic place to stay during a skiing holiday. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the facilities and breakfast were exceptional. Would highly recommend staying here, suitable for both family or a group of friends. Location is convenient for restaurants and bars, otherwise the lodge is more than happy to drive you to your...

The great staff couldn't do enough to help and when there was a drama (skiing accident) the owners were outstanding in assisting (Above & beyond) Local guys with local knowledge makes all the difference. We stayed in the Serenity Chalet for 7 nights over New Year's. We went with another family and in total we were 6 adults and 6 children. The chalet was perfect for two families as each family could have 2 rooms which interconnected with the bathroom. The chalet seemed very new, everything was in great condition and very clean. There...

We only spent 1 night at Morino but we had such a great time. The staff are all super helpful, friendly and gave us great suggestions on where to ride. The room was spacious and clean and the communal living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of shredding, drinking a beer or some hot wine, playing cards and...
