Upon arrival into the main bus terminal at Hakuba, we called the hotel and they drove down to pick us up. It is about a 15-20 minute walk but over Christmas Hakuba was surrounded in about 1.5m high snow so it would of been near impossible to walk with out suitcases. The staff were super helpful when checking us in,...

This is a great place to stay when skiing at Hakuba, walk up the road 50 metres and your lift is there. Great breakfast, friendly staff, rooms are comfy and clean, only problem no English TV, but wifi in rooms. highly recommended.

Hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. My husband and I arrived later than our friends and spent a lot of time apart and the staff were able to courier information back and forth between us so we were able to catch up at a certain restaurant etc. The breakfast was good, mostly continental with a western style...

We returned to the Hotel Moegi to ski in Hakuba again and the welcome was as warm as before. Our room was quite large by Japanese standards and the heating really works to dry out the ski gear. Ski storage in the basement ensures warm boots in the morning. Breakfast is ample: hot cooked western breakfast and plenty of breads,...

The staff at Hotel Moegi were excellent nothing was to much trouble and they were great with my kids, it was very sad to have to say goodbye. Food was lovely, rooms clean and western style rooms are quite large. 3 min walk to ski lifts and restaurants. We had so much snow that my 9 year old son skied...

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Moegi. Semi-traditional bedrooms with huge begs and great heating. Equal walking distance from Gondola Shirakaba and Kokusai (Evergreen Ski School) lifts in Happo One region. Very nice and helpful staff (with enough English knowledge). Gave us a free lift to the bus terminal when a taxi let us down. Beautiful atmosphere in lobby...

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights with another family of 4 and we had 4 rooms between us. The rooms were quite spacious with a fridge and ensuite shower/toilet in each room. The bed was very comfortable and the hot breakfast each morning (this was included in our stay) was very statisfying with cereal / toast / fruit...

The hotel was nice and comfortable with relaxing music and homemade decorations. The owner couple came to Happo information centre to pick us up and gave us a lift to a ski rental shop nearby. They didn't speak English much but they welcomed us with a big smile. There were some English speaking staff and you can ask questions in...

I used it in a ski trip for New Year holidays. The movement with skis and the trip bag was great on the stairs which were all small in the hall. The saving is thorough, too, and, as for the towel, a recycling product, the toilet paper are ultrathin. There is neither warm temperature toilet seat nor Washlet. The amenity...
