Joe and his staff cater exceptionally to English speakers and the hotel has a friendly atmosphere. The bus service to the ski lifts at Sakka is there when you are ready in the morning and with the onsen this is our first choice of accommodation...More

There are no negatives, Joe, Saki and staff are just so accomodating. The rooms are more than adequate. The shuttle service fantastic. The hot spa/onsen great. Joe is a great chef try his Japanese night I could go on and on

The hotel itself does serve evening meals (assuming that's what you're after) but nothing fancy. They run a free shuttle into 'town' each evening, and there's a bus service you can also use. It really depends on your budget... More
