The hotel is small by today's standards but we were allocated a room with two separate bedrooms, one with a QB and the other with a bunk bed (perfect of the kids). The room was neat and tidy and whilst on the small side it was still adequate for a family of 4. The food was great both in the...

Tina from Snowbeds Travel booked accommodation for our family group of 9 adults, 4 children and 1 infant at the Echo Hotel. Tina was extremely helpful with organising the rooms so that families were together and on the same floor. All rooms were generously sized. The hotel staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble from organising shuttle bus...

We stayed in the Echo Chalet, which is adjacent to the hotel, 3 bedrooms, all a good size, a family room with two comfy sofas, and Apple TV, which was great for evening entertainment. The chalet was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and pretty convenient, with the bus stop to the slopes a 2 minute walk away. We used the hotel...

The hotel was well located and the amenities were great. The staff were friendly but were rarely around and when we were promised that they would book or ring to reserve dinners or side trips there was never any follow up. It was great to have the bar downstairs, especially during Australia Day. Can sometimes be noisy outside but that...

Great hospitality all round. Awesome manager. Everyone up for a good time. The hotel and rooms were kept very clean. Breakfast and bar snacks were good. Shuttles avail to all the mountains just out front. Plenty of bars and dinner options nearby. A very enjoyable stay!

We booked this place through Snowbeds Japan in Australia and so glad we did. Our family stayed in a 2 bed studio room. The main bedroom had a king bed and in the 2nd room there were 3 single beds, and all beds were super comfy. There was a small kitchenette with cooker, sink & fridge and adjoining that was...

“The chalet was great, as it's across the road from the hotel and completely detached, so very quiet. if you want peace and quiet and your own front door, bang in the middle of the village, it would be hard to better this chalet. Not the most luxurious place we've ever stayed, but great value for money and very comfortable.”
