Welcome to Singinawa Jungle Lodge, a Luxury Wildlife Safari Lodge situated adjoining the Buffer Zone of Kanha Tiger Reserve’s vital 2,000 sq km area of conservation in Central India. Set in the natural habitat setting of our 110acre property, we offer 12 luxury cottages interspersed amidst our jungle cover, and adjacent to sprawling grasslands. Each cottage boasts exceptional views; adorned with intimate artifacts and hand painted art, with everything any traveler could desire. Our fine dining is acclaimed - be it a boma-style meal under the stars at Chaugan; silver-service feasts at Bhaat Kholi; alfresco luncheons by the Wallow, or a fire-lit bar-be-cue at Leopard Rock. The anticipation of our Park Safari experiences are steered by our team of 5 highly experienced Naturalists, all committed jungle devotees, who know Kanha intimately. Singinawa’s new experience for 2015 – 2016’s season is the inauguration of the Kanha Museum of Life & Art. This enlightened aspect of our reason d’etre showcases curated works of indigenous art forms & sculptures, and is heralded to be an artistic oasis for safari sated guests. Guests can also participate in guided nature walks – avian, mammalian, insect or botanically related; personalized visits to Tribal communities; Bicycle tours of the undulating beauty of the Buffer Zone villages, or imbibing aromatic plant & spice trails, which culminate in indulging in related culinary delights. We are committed to ensuring our guests depart with only the best of lifetime experiences & memories, and one place in India firmly held in their hearts.

Detailed Reviews
'Singinawa'- Which means protecter of the sacred forest.
I've spent 3 nights at this massive property which spreads out in 110 acres. I stayed in a cottage (Barashinga) which was very spacious and luxury and used almost no plastic, loved the organic products throughout! Cottages are spread evenly which offer enough space and privacy. What a surreal experience staying at this beautiful property!
Tulika Kedia ji a protagonist who owns this property is committed and working tirelessly in enhancing the property and making this by far the best property in Kanha National park! Kudos.
What sets Singinawa apart is the human touch, small gestures (small gifts placed in the rooms each day, refreshing wet wipes and invigorating herb teas served at the cottage entrance after each safari) and the personal attentiveness of the complete management and staff towards guests. It is at a different level. I must appreciate the efforts of Mr. Ghanshyam ji who always ensures great hospitality. Mr. Sachin our naturist guide, was a sea of knowledge and worked very hard to ensure we see the diverse Kanha Jungle during our safaris.
I would also thank Aranya kedia for making this happen!

+1
Singinawa was the Fourth Lodge of our Nature Safari throughout India , and oh my goodness It was beautiful, quality furnishings and linen an amazing shower with plentiful hot water , a lovely plate of tiger pug cookies, in the room .From the moment arrived we were treated like valued guests and this continues throughout our 3 night stay , The food was a little too spicy for me but all efforts were made to cater to my soft palette, which was greatly appreciated. ( even phoning ahead to our next lodge and letting the chef know of my intolerance to heat ) We were truly made to feel at home at Singinawa .
And now to the Safaris , we had a total of 5 safaris and each one memorable in its own way , Kanha is incredible, particularly when you have such a knowledgeable , kind and caring Naturalist as Deepanker , we enjoyed our numerous conversations, and had many laughs along the way . We have done many safaris , and stayed at many lodges over the past 10 years , but none compare to Singinawa , I was so sad to leave , as I had found my happy place ,
We will be back
Ps , Deepanker , What do call a deer with no eyes ??? 😂😂😂😂

The service was impeccable. The staff took the time, trouble and care to make sure we were looked after from start to finish and more importantly they seemed to genuinely do it happily.
The rooms are simple, clea, comfortable and spacious. Big and spacious bathrooms. Nothing fancy here and it's not even desired when your staying amidst such a beautiful property.
The food was great. Every meal comprised of soup, starters and a generous buffet.
Dinner was at a beautiful, scenic and different location every night with a bonfire and a different vibe.Just a warning - if you have a sensitive stomach/ any digestive issues you should give them a heads up as the food is quite rich with lots of masala.
The property is 110 acres so often you'll find yourself walking amidst langurs and sometimes even wart hogs, not to mention a diverse array of birds, trees and butterflies which takes the experience to another level.
The naturalists and the lodge manager are very friendly, cool, fun and interesting people. They will make sure that you are looked after and entertained. They
made us try some local liquor called malhua and took us for a rollercoaster joy ride around the property at night which was thrilling and amazing.
The safaris were amazing - very knowledgeable friendly and well versed naturalists who took the time and effort to educate us about the flora and fauna and made sure we had the best and most comfortable experience. They even packed a 4 course breakfast for us every morning safari!
And to top it off we got super lucky saw 3 tigers together in one safari which was priceless.
Definitely would recommend thus place to any nature/ travel enthusiast or anyone looking to experience something new, fun and exciting.

The property was great; the rooms were very spacious and well decorated, the common areas (the lounging room, the bar and dining rooms) are very extravagantly painted and exude a rustic and vintage vibe!
The naturalists (Pranad and Sachin) and the GM, Ghanshyam were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and everything was to our liking. The food was simply superb, the cook took personal interest to know about our food preferences and dished them out! It was pampering of a kind that we will never forget!
We went on four safaris and thanks to the expertise of our naturalists, were able to not only spot a plethora of animals, big and small alike, but also learnt a lot about the ways of the jungle and its inhabitants. A big shout out not only to their excitement and passion which was infectious, but also their knowledge on the various species of birds and animals.

I loved everything about this wonderful lodge. The accomodation in the cottages is superb - spacious spotlessly clean rooms, beautifully set out with tasteful artworks and a good supply of interesting reference books supplied there. The lodge itself has the most wonderful photography everywhere you look. The service is excellent. They also have a small museum nearby showcasing local art which is worth a visit.

Amazing property, fabulous hospitality and extremely friendly staff.
We were a large group and stayed in their 4 bedroom villa (Perch) and the 2 bedroom Villa (Wilderness).
The Villas are amazing and highly recommended for a large group.
Each meal for us was organised at a seperate venue, and dinners with Bonfire, and the staff catered to ALL our requirements !!
Highly Recommended : I would definitely go back to this property.

We, a family of five, were in Singinawa for 3 days earlier this month and what a wonderful stay we had. The large property is ensconced in a pretty forest with a dozen stay cottages harmoniously merging into it. The main bloc too, where we had our meals is aesthetic with wildlife books, photographs, and painting, dotting the premises. The cottages are large and spacious, comfortable, and artistically furnished, impeccably clean and hygienic. A special shoutout for the washroom, laid out to enable 4 persons to use its facilities simultaneously without compromising privacy- a luxury when all of us must get up at 5am and leave by 6 for the safari. And one jungle resort that promises hot water 24/7 and delivers. I can’t say enough about the food, including the packed safari breakfasts. Varied, delicious and I mean this for every dish-I mean every dish. Over and above all else, the hospitality was par excellence. Am not commenting on the pool and spa as we did not use them. Thank you Deepankar, Akhilesh (our naturalist for the entire stay) and your merry band of Singanawans for making our visit to Kanha one of our most happily memorable holidays ever. Luxurious, yet importantly, true value for money.

The best resort in Kanha. It surpasses all the other luxury resorts in hospitality, food, ambiance, personal gestures .We had taken 2 bedroom villa. As the resort has the boundary wall with buffer zone, around evening , you can experience seeing deers outside your room. From the staff who works endlessly and tirelessly round the clock meeting your food cravings at odd times to various other stuff, is commendable. They are so humble and polite. Mr Vinay ( who helped us with the smooth booking) Mr Ghanshyam ( who has been at the resort and available 24/7 to make our stay memorable ) and Mr Rahul to make our check in and various bookings so smooth and especially the kind and knowledgeable person who took us for all our safaris and made it exciting ( pardon me if I have missed anyone ) !! The people went out of the way to create a memorable barbecue night for my parents and have a baking session for my cooking enthusiastic 8 year old daughter . My list can go on and on. You really need to come and experience this wonderful property and the warm people out here.

Thank you Singinawa Jungle Lodge for the superb hospitality and such an amazing experience of the wild and the beautiful Kanha National Park. An unforgettable and amazing experience with friends!
We booked the 2 bedroom cottage and a single bedroom cottage as we were a group of 9 (6 adults and 3 children) which was automatically upgraded to the beautiful 4 bedroom cottage by staff at Singinawa for which we are very thankful. A special mention to Piyush who made sure everything was in order before our arrival at the resort and Rahul who helped with all our needs, specially since we were travelling with toddlers.
The comfort of the room, the wide variety of delcious food to choose from, the superb and ever ready to help staff, the location, the knowledge of the naturalists at the resort, the many activities for children to choose from, the sights and sounds of staying within the buffer zone of the beautiful Kanha National Park and to top it all, 3 tiger sightings in our 2 jungle safari visits. It was totally worth the trip!
Thank you once again Singinawa for helping us experience the wild in its true essence and helping us connect to nature in its true sense!!
I wish more n more jungle resorts would follow their example of preserving the environment and yet maintaining the quality of hospitality to the best standards.
Glad to have stayed here!
