This hotel has some very nice facilities with comfortable and elegant rooms, a delightful pool and a well-equipped gym but it was the staff that really made my experience special. From Nandita welcoming me on the first day and making sure I had everything I needed to the front desk staff who did their best to help me out whether I needed change or a taxi. Longitude 79 became a favorite hangout with Nikita, Mikkum and the bartender (who's name I am thoroughly ashamed to not know) bringing me delicious drinks and making me feel at home. Nikita especially stands. She really went the extra mile to make me feel like Longitude 79 was my home away from home. What else can I say? Fabulous breakfasts, afternoon latte on the veranda (perfectly made by Adarsh) and some very helpful tips from the nice young man in charge of the gym. I wish I could come back more often!…

We stayed at this beautiful property for 2 nights. The time we checked in to the time we checked out everything was Flawless. Staff at reception were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The room was spacious, clean and with a beautiful view of the back waters. The buffet had a wide spread of authentic Kerala food and Western dishes. The chefs on the floor during breakfast were very friendly and helpful making sure the guests were happy with the food. Club lounge had a mini snack Buffet in the evenings with beverages. Sous Chef Bibin and the Pastry Chef Shibi did an outstanding job. They went out of their way to make Sure we had a memorable stay. Will certainly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay because of a very hospitable team. A special mention to Nandita for making our experience seamless and to Nirmal for adding his personal touch. The property is pretty large for a hotel in the city and can see tremendous potential if they put some time and resources into it.

Outside and inside are extremely beautiful, well cared for, and luxurious. Rooms are amazing, clean, HUGE and well worthy of any hotel at 5-6 stars. Staff is incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Nikita makes the best drinks, Roshik, Mikkim, and Rony all deserve special mention for their excitement service.

Stayed there when monsoon were in full swing. The hotels flora was lush and our room overlooking the lake - was a splendid view. This was a business trip that we extended to a personal holiday and the hotel is perfect for both. The convention Center is laid out well with huge corridors connecting all event spaces. The public areas are open and lively and do not feel cramped. The rooms are huge and these are hard to come by these days. Our experience at the hotel was a perfect package. The food was great specially the Kerala specials at the buffet for any meal period. The team is what made everything stand apart because of the amazing leadership of Deepak the General Manager, Hari the director of rooms, George the Director of FnB and Pragil the front office manager. We were lucky to have met them all during our week long stay. The highlight of the stay was Kadambini from the front desk team who is pure delight to interact with. One seldom comes across genuine care and hospitality that runs through the veins of each and every team member at a hotel but here at LM Kochi it is brought to life by these amazing individuals everyday…
