We took a chance on this small, no-frills business hotel, and it paid off.
Spacious room with good amenities, Exceptional staff: Bapi (restaurant) and Ismail (housekeeping) went above and beyond, Friendly and attentive team and Convenient location (suited our needs)
Some minor Improvement could be - Streamline check-in process (note: we arrived early), Simplify TV operations and expand channel options and Allow room service drinks to be added to final bill (current pay-upon-order policy)
Overall, a comfortable stay.

Great Experience! I came n stayed for a medical purpose. From the gate, Reception/front desk, Managers, room boys, service personnel, chef, etc. all made my stay perfect with my wife. My extream thanks to each and everyone expecially the Chef who prepared special food to suit my medical diet.
High quality hotel setup, beside NH, Medium size building reduced crowd makes its ambiance great. Good for those like peace of mind with all necessary amenities as usually people love.

Visited this Hotel as I was visiting Kochi for a friends transplant surgery at a nearby Hospital. I was amazed with the well appointed rooms, the warmth of the entire staff - always eager to help. The food was even better - extremely tasteful and could give some of its reputed brethren a run for their money.
It’s really a hidden gem in Kochi. Definitely recommended.

Night checkin we had to carry all our luggages by ourselves. Reception staffs and Duty manager was just sitting on their chair looking us carrying these heavy luggage. Expected atleast to open their front doors.
After entering inside the Reception staff asked whether we had reservation. Gave our name and details and he told no booking. Actually we paid in full through ibibo. Toilets had issues with blocks,too much water pressure and exhaust issues.
Good location but all staff had no service orientation.
Looked like Robots including Managers.
Good garden and beautiful. That's soothing.
Preferred some low music in lobby
Good Location. Good Hotel ambience. Good interiors.

Modern and clean hotel , one of the places where we didn’t have any issues with hot water . Great and rich breakfast . We were kinky provided with some snacks for our trip once we left the hotel.
We went to the restaurant where I had tuna salad , I have to say it was a generous portion . My friends got some grilled fish and had just a small slice not worth the price .

This hotel counts themself in 4 ⭐. But they have not even budget of managing the glasses well in stock. When your order some drinks etc from the. They will not going to provide you glasses. Or even their duty manager Ismile he is so arrogant that he not even consider to resolve the problem. He keep denying that we don't provide if you want you can checkout and go from here. And what makes this more beautiful the Operation manager of property. Mr. Vibin - when I convey my concerns to him, he simply cut the call and switched off the cell.

Location The hotel is in a convenient location, easily accessible and ideal for a short stay in the area.

Sugar Business Hotel in Maradu, Kochin is a new hotel and hence has its freshness every where. The room, bathroom, restaurant, lobby and corridors, all are very neat and clean. Room is spacious enough for a small family. Plenty of storage and lugguage rooms. There is a Safe Locker for valuables. Bed linen and Bathroom towels are clean and look fresh. All sanitary and electrical fittings are in good working condition. AC is efficient. Entire staff is very courteous. Room service prompt. Buffet Breakfast is rich with several variety to choose. Dishes are tasty too. Overall we had a satisfactory stay here and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time in Kochin.

I would like to compliment the whole hotel staff for their wonderful service. The stay was made comfortable as practicable. Personally I'd recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Kerala, so that they can experience this wonderful experience. With my month stay here I can go back home and confidently say I have friends(hotel staff) in India. The food was amazing. Special mention to Sarath Kumar for exceeding my expectations and assisting me in navigating my way around kochi and the advice and assistance with my online orders 😁.
