By looking in to pictures online stayed in this hotel , Poor maintenance of rooms , Bed linings was not Clean including washrooms .
In 3 days I changed 3 rooms due to poor maintenance, AC was not Working in one room, staff is Humble but they have poor training , appears un trained .
Paid 7500 plus per day this was not the service expected for this price .
No Sr managers will be available at Hotel to complain issues .
Breakfast is poor hygiene looks a problem. It’s not served hot !!!
Over all my life experience is not good , it’s not worth for the money we paid .

The stay at Starlit Suites was really nice. They have lovely studio and 1BHK rooms with great facilities. The warmth and hospitality of their staff is commendable who go especially beyond their call of duty. Would love to especially mention their restaurant manager Mr. Joseph who once prepared homely khichdi and a milkshake (which was not on their menu) especially for me realizing I was feeling sick & unwell and their front officer Mr.Afzal who checked in to ensure customer needs are fulfilled. Apart from that safe environment, well maintained rooms, healthy meals, beautiful view of a lake are other highlights. It's good value for money. Also, if you are lucky, you may occasionally run into some TV and Mollywood celebrities. Highly recommend this place.

This was the last property we stayed in, whilst touring through Kerala... Bittersweet experience and yet, glad it ended on a good note. This property overall didn't have a very grand feel to it, but the location was nice, and cleanliness was very well maintained. The restaurant served up food that was pretty average and not noteworthy and hence I prefer to skip mentioning anything further here. The restaurant staff too were not attentive, but the reception team were quite friendly and well equipped to handle check-ins and departures efficiently.

We stayed 1 night on 22nd February 2020 The room provided to us was spacious but bed made screech noise everytime one would sit on the bed. The place lost all its points due to breakfast. The staff do not seem to be interested in serving us. Their toaster is not working properly. U have to hold the toaster nob and wait for your slice to get toasted. Hygiene standard are below par. I found hair in my food and cockroach were walking on our table. I bought all the above to the attention of the food and beverage manager who apologised. I even mentioned to him tht I would be sharing this review here.

The morning staff of this hotel, including the duty manager, are unprofessional. The rooms were dirty and smelled. My agency already informed the hotel to provide early morning check-in at 9 a.m., but once I reach the hotel with my two kids, they deny check-in. They said I should come at 12 p.m., and I told them. I couldn't sleep last night because my flight was too early. The duty manager tries to make me a fool. I do not recommend this hotel because they cannot provide hospitality services. Budget hotels are much better than these hotels. this is totally wasting of money and stay.
