One of the more interesting overnights on my trip through Nova Scotia. Great individual attention to guests. Including preparing a special meal to avoid my fish alergy! Comfortable rooms and interesting property to explore.

My husband and I stayed in the Apple Dome and we were pleasantly surprised! Everything you need is in it: no need to bring any pillows or blankets/sleeping bags! We actually slept amazingly well and even though the night was cool and rainy, we were kept warm and dry with all the blankets. The bistro: oh please try the bistro....

Cabot Shores is a quaint little place, situated in a very gorgeous location and offering a seriously tasty menu that well caters for vegetarians. The yurt was a great experience to sleep in and Paul was extremely helpful in organizing our private hot tub. Despite enjoying our stay, we did feel it was a tad pricey, especially the coffee.

We spent a night in the Eagle Dome. Although it was a chilly night (temps dropped below freezing overnight) we were cuddly warm under the stack of blankets on our bed, with a view of the stars overhead. Paul, greeted us when we first arrived and encouraged us to stay for dinner, which we did. Dinner, which was served in...

Our small family completely enjoyed our stay in the Eagle Nest Geodome at Cabot Shorts- Duvets, water- a cot set up and ready for our daughter- Glamping at it's best! The dome is set 20 feet up and in a small apple orchard- semi-private and moments to the most lovely beach, which we got to via a little dory with...

We booked the queen suite for two couples which was suppose to have a sitting area in it. When arrived it was full of insects (spiders, moths and mosquitoes) and didn't have a sitting area. Instead there was a 3rd bed. So we complained and were given two separate rooms upstairs in the lodge. The one of the rooms had...

My girlfriend and I stayed 2 nights at the resort and had a blast. Our room in the lodge on night one was clean and comfortable. Dinner at the Bistro was fantastic. Great service and food. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The Cedar Yurt on night 2 was the highlight. Very unique and comfortable. If you're looking for a...

Such a great experience here. Stayed in a yurt, beautiful interior, clean, comfy. Staff was excellent. Paul even played us some lovely music while we ate dinner! Food was fresh, delicious. Can't wait to return.

Experience was not good. We booked by phone and were specifically told by the owner that he would have a pet friendly room available when we arrived and if we mentioned the resort's dog's name there would be no pet surcharge. Well that did not happen. Upon arrival we were told no pet friendly rooms were available and because we...

From arrival to departure everyone was so welcoming. The rooms we had were the yurts and were quirky but had all we need for a great nights sleep. We were staying for one night on our trip around the Cabot Trail but wanted to stay longer and will the next time. The food was amazing (both dinner and breakfast). We...
