We had two nights on our walking tour. The evening meals were sumptuous and the choice included Sicilian specialities. It was great to eat dishes that had been described in the Montebano novels. There was a terrace with great views to relax on once the walk was finished. Breakfast good too. Well worth a visit.

We stayed at the villa Lussana on a cycling holiday arranged by Headwater holidays. The hotel is lovely. The evening meals were absolutely superb. Imaginative and full of flavour. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

Absolutely beautiful villa tastefully restored (wood floors, dark wood furniture). Rooms very large (ours had views in two directions). Charming hosts and glorious food with a touch of Sicily. Beds very comfortable with proper pillows!

Had 2 nights here as part of our walking tour. Tiziana and Allessio were very welcoming and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. Allessio is a great chef and many dishes had a great Sicilian twist which was a nice change. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent small hotel with nice views. Real, friendly, competent family management. Excellent restaurant. Sicilian chef (great cannoli, the very best!). Unique breakfast with fantastic pies. One small problem: bathrooms too small.

Just like " A Room with a View" but in a peaceful place unlike the modern crowded Venice. Food was excellent, beds comfortable and decor perfect. Lots of walking and cycling around. The owners were welcoming .

We were here for two nights as part of a cycling holiday. The owners are very hospitable people, and were about to have their first baby! The husband is an excellent chef, serving Sicilian dishes as well as the local traditional fare. It felt very peaceful and inspirational - if I had been an artist, I would love to have... More

This hotel was a two night stop as part of walking tour during a really warm week. The meals offered in the restaurant were a wonderful experience and contrasted with some of the other hotels and restaurants we went to where the local love of salt was rather overpowering. The new owner/chef being Sicilian with a love of food made... More

We found Villa Lussana while on a walking tour in the Euganean Hills. It is a small hotel (10 rooms?) on a bluff overlooking the town and the rooms are nicely appointed with excellent showers. (There was no TV in the room which, in my opinion is a feature, not a bug.). Titziana and Alessio are excellent hosts and made... More

We were also at this hotel as part of a walking trip. We found our hosts incredibly welcoming, they could not do enough for us. We were even invited into their front room to watch the European Cup Final! I don't eat meat and to my delight I was presented with a completely vegetarian menu with several options for each... Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The hotel restaurant Villa Lussana is in the centre of Teolo, a small village in the middle of Parco dei Colli Euganei and it is located in a very elegant Villa in Liberty style which is surrounded by a terraced garden with flower-bed and fruit-trees. Villa Lussana is actually like a wide open window in front of trees and bushes of the hills. All the bedrooms are quite, confortable, well-lit rooms with a magnificent view over the park. The restaurant prepares typical Venetian and International food according to a fine selection of meat, fish, vegetables and wines. ... more   less
